Habitaciones muy calurosas, si bien indican que no hay aire acondicionado sólo tienen un ventilador muy pequeño que no logra refrescar la pieza. Además las duchas están sin mantecion, la silicona de la puerta está despegada y se sale toda el agua, fuera de eso el personal el muy amable y el desayuno es variado. Ojo que si sales en la noche y llegas tarde se demoran siglos en abrir la reja por lo que te expones a que te asalten, eso es lo más complejo. Con mi familia llegamos a la una aprox y estuvimos 10 minutos esperando afuera que abrieran y se ve que alrededor es bastante inseguro, deberían tener otro sistema porque te exponen mientras esperas. No volvería a este hotel.

Camas comodas, ubicacion cerca del centro pero lejos de la playa. Todo limpio y el personal muy amable. Lo unico que no nos gusto fue que en la ducha se salia mucho el agua y el ruido desde la calle, pero el resto todo bien.

Un par de veces en el hotel, antes del Estallido Social de octubre de 2019 y pandemia. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Lo destacable: la atención del personal y la ubicación perfecta para efectos de nuestro trabajo. La comida del restaurante bien buena. Lo malo, y de ahi la calificación. Habitación conectada a otra. Se escucha todo, incluso los ronquidos de alguien desconocido que no me dejó dormir. Un desastre. El hotel debería sellar las puertas o asignar solo a quienes lo requieran. Para no volver.

Fui por trabajo y me alojé sólo una noche. El personal excelente, me recibieron con un trago de bienvenida. Aproveché de comer un Barros Luco muy bueno. La pieza es cómoda, y cuenta con todo lo que se puede necesitar para estar al paso, muy tranquila y sin ruidos externos. Lo recomiendo.

The Costa Real is quite down at the heels. The lobby is pleasant enough and the staff very accommodating. But the place is in sore need of a sprucing up. By the way, there was no air conditioning in my room. With the window open, I was hardly lulled to sleep by the noise of the street below.

No existe atención pensada en el cliente. Mi reserva incluida impuestos y cargos, aun así el hotel cobro otros impuestos, al mostrarles el detalle de mi reserva, la desestimaron, dieron escusa tras escusa que ni ellos estaban convencidos. Finalmente la respuesta que me dieron era que me tenia que entender con la plataforma. Ninguna consideración con el cliente. Y para colmo, quisieron cobrar un consumo del frigobar que no realice.
