Maria was exceptional. She was helpful and upgraded our room. Parking worked out well and lots of places close by to get food. Walk around the property was pleasant and we felt safe.

Apartamento fabuloso, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días visitando la zona. Ubicación de 10 y el trato de María Jesús súper cercano y te resuelve cualquier duda que tengas. Repetiría sin dudar.

Uma excelente opção para dormir em Ciudad Rodrigo. Um edifício histórico muito bem conservado, quartos espaçosos e muito limpos. A localização é imbatível, mesmo na Plaza Mayor. Não serve pequeno almoço, mas há muitas cafetarias na praça.De destacar ainda a simpatia e a eficiência da María Jesús, que organizou a nossa chegada por WhatsApp e nos fez sentir em casa. Excelente relação qualidade/preço.

Litet och trevligt hotell alldeles i hörnet av Plaza Maior. Enkelt att komma åt med bil. Parkering brukas finnas i de bortre delarna av staden, till rimlig kostnad. I närheten av hotellet finns ett par supermercados med det väsentliga. Allt av värde att se och göra finns på promenadavstånd. Hotellrummet välstädat och rent. Sängen funkar bra för normala ryggar. Dusch/bad/wc rent och fräscht. Vi brukar besöka staden men nu var första gången med övernattning. Vi gör gärna om det och bor på samma hotell.

Fue una suerte conocer este Palacio donde nos hospedamos. Habitaciones muy cómodas, limpias y con vistas inmejorables a la plaza. Pero lo mejor y que le aporta la excelencia, es el trato de los responsables del establecimiento. Merece la pena conocer a estas personas y disfrutar del establecimiento y de Ciudad Rodrigo. Hemos estado la familia esta pasada Semana Santa en este Hotel y la verdad es que es una maravilla. El personal muy amable, todo limpio y el edificio le da categoría. Está situado en la plaza principal, así que, más céntrico imposible. Nos alojamos en la habitación que tiene un mirador a la plaza, que incluso con la cama supletoria está muy bien.

Hotel precioso con gran ubicación en plena Plaz Mayor de Ciudad Rodrigo. Nos alojamos en dos habitaciones del hotel, una interior y otra con balcón. Ambas increíblemente grandes y limpias, bien cuidadas. La exterior con el balcón, unas preciosas vistas a la plaza de noche adornada por Navidad. Las paredes son el propio muro de piedra que les da su encanto. Lo único que eché de menos es el tener un ascensor, está ubicado en un primer piso y para alguien con problemas de movilidad sería muy costoso subir. Todo lo demás estupéndo! Nos recibió María con una sonrisa de oreja a oreja, muy amable y ofreciéndonos indicaciones de qué visitar.
