La camere era molto "calda" e accogliente. L'atmosfera è quella di uno chalet di montagna ma con i comfort di un hotel 4*. Colazione molto varia e scenografica, soprattutto la selezione di torte. Ho trovato il personale cortese e professionale.

Il nostro soggiorno in questa splendida struttura è stato un susseguirsi di momenti speciali. Dall’accoglienza in reception estremamente gentile e professionale, all’arrivo nella nostra camera bellissima e dotata di tutti i comfort, per non parlare dell’elegante SPA dell’hotel, dove è possibile trascorrere del tempo in totale relax e benessere. Cena e colazione sono state divine! Lo chef ci ha sorprese con piatti raffinati e un’ampia scelta di pasticceria per la colazione ed il maître ci ha assistite con cura ed attenzione in ogni dettaglio. In questo hotel ci siamo sentite accolte e coccolate, il tutto in un contesto naturalistico e paesaggistico da sogno. Se voleste soggiornare a La Thuile, suggerisco assolutamente di venire a conoscere il Montana Hotel.

Servizio a tavola a colazione sotto standard(ordinazioni dimenticate sue mattine su tre).
Pulizia stanza: eravamo 3 adulti( figlio ha 23 anni) e nonostante la richiesta alla reception per terza tazza, terzo bicchiere, ecc, mai ricevuto.

Top class spa experience that we really enjoyed. Design in bar very modern and sophisticated. We enjoyed our brief visit - we were staying elsewhere in the area but booked into the spa for a few hours in the afternoon. Afterwards we enjoyed a drink in the bar.

Un accoglienza eccezionale, disponibilità, sorrisi, profumi, ordine visivo e fisico, cura dei dettagli. La sensazione piacevole in ogni ambiente, bar, ristorante, oktre che nella camera. Soggiorno che ha pienamente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Camera molto confortevole, vista dalla Spa stupenda. Abbiamo molto apprezzato l’accoglienza garbata e molto calda, facendoci sentire a nostro agio dal primo momento. La colazione e’ la coccola d’inizio giornata… lo consiglieremo e speriamo di poterci tornare presto. Grazie ancora a tutto il bellissimo team!

Siamo stati ospiti di questo hotel diverse volte nell’arco degli ultimi due anni e ci eravamo ritornati anche quest’anno in occasione del Capodanno. In Novembre la struttura ha cambiato gestione, e il servizio ora offerto, a nostro giudizio, fatica a reggere il confronto con le precedenti esperienze. Lo staff del ristorante non offre un servizio al livello di un hotel di questa categoria. Un vorrei ma non posso.. Un esempio: per un intero ristorante hanno solo due carte dei vini, i camerieri non conoscono la cantina e per poter bere un calice di vino abbiamo dovuto aspettare la fine della seconda portata. Siamo rimasti molto delusi. Peccato, il Montana era la migliore struttura a La Thuile!!!

Sono stato a dicembre con l mia compagna in questo albergo molto bello con un atmosfera molto accogliente e rilassante, personale cordiale. Abbiamo sciato e le piste erano buone la spa pomeridiana rilassante penso se riesco di tornare prima dell estate

The hotel changed management qnd is just terrible, no longer the 5 star experience it used to be. The worst was contaminated fish that caused a terrible night to my wife. Perhaps even worse was the staff absolute inability and complete lack of care for the situation. We asked to see a doctor at 9am. No call back. 4 hours later we call and they say another person was taking care. Really? Then they say to go to aosta hospital because they do not have local doctor contacts. I am really amazed and will never return here unfortunately they completely destroyed what used to be a great place. Just avoid Montana Lodge
