First time, it’s great experience! Nice customer service over the counter, just a bit distant from town but 10min walk to expo…

This is literally walking distance from the show ground. Free parking and they awarded me for not needing the house keeping service. The best part is, the rooms were clean AND the parking was free. I have gotten used to Hannover now and I really like this hotel. Every morning I enjoy the walk to the show grounds and walk back. It's perfect.

First of all, not only us but also alot guests were having problem in lobby. In receiption there too much problems about booking , payment and rooms. For example, we booked two beds but they said no two beds room. Then they said cannot find reservation. Then the staff said ok can see reservation , after all they said cannot see payment . Wow too much trouble in this hotel. Finally after 1.5 hour waiting in lobby we could to room. Room dirty, smell too much smoke ( we chose non smoking room ) . I will show pillow photo in atth. I want to ask another pillow but phone was broken. Everything terrible. Elevator was very old and smell terrible. I will never stay here, this hotel max 1 star can get

I checked in consecutively without saying hello to the front desk. They would not come to clean the room or replace the drinking water.

It's by the roadside, so it's not particularly quiet at night, but I slept soundly because I was too tired. The variety of breakfast is relatively good, but not too much, so just eat some and don't go hungry in the morning.

The exhibition venue is very close and breakfast can be provided. There are McDonald's and supermarket next to it. Parking is free. Note that Hannover has a city tax of about 5% of the house price.

The room was too warm. There was no air conditioning, or if there was, it didn't work. There was simply not enough coffee. There was always a line in front of it. The breakfast was OK but not outstanding. The free parking was definitely a plus point. Overall, the hotel was OK for one night.

40 euros for breakfast for 2 people is disproportionate to reality

This hotel is less than five minutes from the train station. It is next to the exhibition. It takes 5-15 minutes to decide which hall to go to. McDonald's is a 3-minute walk. There is also an all-you-can-eat Mongolian restaurant next door, which is very suitable for business.

The hotel is average, the breakfast is OK, and the price for the exhibition is very expensive

Convenient and clean

It's very close to the exhibition center. You can park for free. The sanitation and services are very good. It's very convenient to check in and travel by car.
