Overall excellent experience during our stay in this place. The apar**ent was super clean, spacious, silent and well equipped. The staff was lovely, always helping, had prepared my prerequisites for my special diet. We could leave the car in the parking the last day and enjoy the full day of ski. The shuttle service runs so often, this is perfect.

The concept is to combine top modern apar**ents with hotel service and this has been absolutely successful. Tip: enjoy the spa one morning. It is very popular around 6 p.m. The facility impresses with its cleanliness and the friendly staff at reception... There were four of us friends in a large 90 m2 apar**ent with two bedrooms. The living room can be closed off and has a single bed that can be pulled out next to the sofa. The spa is also open to hotel guests on the day of departure. Price-performance ratio is right.

We spend one week in 2 bedroom apar**ent. Very good quality of everything! Equipment of the kitchen was excellent. All what we needed. 3 ski lockers for apar**ent was very comfortable! Additional room for luggage and different things was very useful. Very helpful stuff! 2 bathrooms was comfortable for our family. Saunas was nice and jacuzzi was the best ( possibility of self massage after skiing was wonderful). Hotel was very clean. The best hotel-apar**ent for skiing I’ve ever been.

It was a very neat and new accommodation within walking distance of the lift and the center. Luxury with swimming pool, wellness and good restaurant.

everything is NICKEL, the rooms, the games room, the swimming pool, the spa, the reception. It's really impressive how well the Swiss Germans know how to maintain tourism. The setting is magnificent and the family activities are really great

We stayed in a 2.5 room Apar**ent which sounds misleading. It is actually a 1 bedroom with a pull out single bed hidden in a sideboard in the main living area. I guess someone could sleep on the couch too but that would be very crowded. It was perfect for 3 of us. Tons of closet storage and shelving, plus a large walk in room to store luggage and extras. The bathroom was a good size and large tub. Water was extremely hot which I loved. The ski lockers downstairs were nice to have and warm at night. The kitchen is equipped with almost everything you need - I understand the establishment wants to contribute to sustainability with only providing liquid hand/body soap (bring your own shampoo/conditioner/lotion), but it would be nice to have tissues or napkins/paper towels for the kitchen. I then found it strange that there was not anywhere to recycle plastic and cans which just ended up in the trash. If you don't stop at the grocery before arriving, the Coop across the street at the gas station is convenient and has almost everything you might need (albeit at a price, it is still cheaper than going out to dinner). It would have been nice to the property to include cooking oil so we would not have to buy a large bottle and only use a few drops - which is wasteful. There is paid laundry near the parking garage, but the way the property is set up is a bit annoying if your room is in the other tower, you have to take 2 different elevators and walk a bit to get there. It would nice if they were in the room - especially since all of your stuff is wet after skiing. It would also be nice if they had English instructions for the machines and kitchen appliances since the European symbols are not ones I have seen on US appliances and it took a while to figure out how to use. The wellness area is good. The pool is a decent size and whirlpool is huge - although not very hot. Yes, there were kids there during the hours they were not supposed to be, but there are no employees minding the area. The saunas were great but the only towels are in your room, so be sure to bring them with you. If you want a massage you have to book a day in advance. There is not a masseuse there full time. Front desk employees were very nice, but leave at 10pm so hopefully you don't need anything between 10pm and 7am. There is a bar in lobby but I never saw anyone working at it or hanging out there. Location is great for skiing and the shuttle to the lift is frequent. Many walking trails nearby. There isn't much else to do, unlike Flims which as many more shops and restaurants. Just remember this is a hotel/apar**ent in Europe. It is not full service and English is probably not their first language so be patient and enjoy the fact that you are lucky enough to visit such a beautiful area!

Peaks Place is not a hotel, but an “apar**ent hotel” It reminds me more like a timeshare property that offers you a kitchen and dining area which has all the appliances you need a dishwasher, an oven, an induction stove top, and a fridge with a freezer compar**ent. You also have a kettle, a French Press coffee maker, pots and pans, crockery, and cutlery. As a bonus, you can borrow the fondue and raclette sets from reception. There is access to a washer and dryer in the basement near the parking garage. The well-designed modern apar**ents have spacious living areas and large balconies that overlook a gas station/convenience store (an actual bonus) with built-in automatic shades plus window coverings to completely black out the rooms if you intend to sleep in. The 2.5 Apar**ent rated for 6 people would be most comfortable with a max of 4. As the dining table had only 4 chairs, a sofa, and a pull-out bed in a sideboard but our room did not have the two side chairs as represented in the pictures. The bathroom was well-lit and had a shower/tub combination. The water temperature was the hottest ever which was a plus. There was a large hallway closet for coats, shoes, and other stuff. The main bedroom also had a large storage area. The Staff - Minimal staff with front desk hours up until 10 or 11 pm. Therefore, if walking through the lobby after reception leaves it is a ghost town and a little odd when compared to a full-service hotel. The check-in process takes some time as Marina is very thorough in communicating all the details which are all extras: Parking, Breakfast, and need to decide the night before by 8 pm, and the cleaning fee. Additionally, info about the heated ski locker (Which does not accommodate your boots) includes glove warmers plus details about the Wellness Center/Gym. The Wellness Center has two saunas, a pool, a hot tub (More like a warm tub and no button to initiate the bubbles as automatic?), and a steam room. Unlike other ski destinations, this hot tub is large and can easily accommodate 16 people but no alcohol or drinks as its inside the wellness center. During our stay, while using the sauna, a staff member added water and using a towel whipped the newly created steam toward us creating a very special wall of heat towards us which was really awesome. It is a 15 - 20 minute walk to the gondolas. There is a small gondola that takes you to a 6-person chair that takes you to Crap Sogon or takes the large 14-person gondola operated every 15 minutes direct to that mountain station. There is also a 6-person shuttle that operates every 5-10 minutes. PROS - Easy booking through multiple booking sites found through Travelocity provided the same benefit or cheaper depending on the booking sites' loyalty programs. Honestly, we would have booked at the neighboring apar**ent complex but their you delt directly with owners who mostly did not take credit card and only bank transfers and as a US citizen foreign t

Really enjoyed our stay, confortable appartement and fully equipped, Coop Pronto in front, pool accessible for kids, SPA area, nice restaurant (book it!), shuttle to the slots every 5min. Only down side is the traffic noise as each apar**ent is facing the main road, however once the windows are closed it’s really ok. Not cheap but I recommend it.
