"I had a successful stay at Signahotel in Laax. Even when checking in we were very friendly and we felt directly welcome. The staff was careful, helpful and always well-loaded during the stay. The room was very clean, modernly furnished and offered a great view of the mountains. Most pleasant was the quiet atmosphere in the hotel, perfect for decommissioning after an active day in nature. The breakfast was varied and high quality, with fresh regional products. The wellness area has also convinced, clean, maintained and ideal for relaxation. The location is also top, near the mountain ranges and still quietly located. We will definitely come back and can recommend the hotel in full."

"We had a very nice two night visit at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, suggesting various hikes and restaurants in the area. With the Guest card we could take public transport in Flims/Laax for free and got sizeable discounts for entry fees, for example at the Caumasee. We didn‘t eat at the hotel restaurant but did take advantage of the Coop Pronto for breakfast items and easy dinners. The rooms are quite well-equipped for cooking. Our room was clean and quiet, in spite of the proximity to the traffic circle. Wellness is clean, well-organized and hss s varied offering. The only negative was the weird mattresses in the sauna rest area instead of the usual reclining chairs. When we arrived there was a couple embracing on one of the mattresses, and we felt uncomfortable going in. Can highly recommend this property."

"The location is great, minutes from ski lifts. The atmosphere was friendly and calm, the staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. The room was very simple and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable- and the pillows and duvets were so soft & cozy! It was a very quiet area, inside and out. There was free wifi available, but I believe because of where our room was, we could not access it. However, on the lower floors it was connected. The value was good, compared to other hotel rooms in the area. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding-- very traditional Swiss fare, cheeses, meats, fresh bread, boiled eggs, yogurt. The connected restaurant Buna Luna was excellent; we had supper and breakfast there."

"To be honest, I'm more than disappointed with the hotel. There wasn't even a small bottle of water, no hairdryer, and not even a television. You'd find all of those things in even the smallest accommodations. The towels had strange burnt-on stains. The staff, however, was friendly."

"This is a new construction. Appliances and everything new. What a nice place to stay. Very close to the ski runs. What amazing staff, any request that was made was taken care of right away and very quickly. They were so accommodating and friendly. I will definitely be back when I go skiing at laxx. This will be the only place I stay at."

"Nice hotel, but during the summer at least they seem to mostly handle BIG groups of elderly tourists. This comes with advantages and disadvantages. Advantage - the spa was basically a private spa for my wife and I. However, a BIG disadvantage was that at breakfast the group swarmed the breakfast area making it difficult to move through. And if you came later then they were completely out of simple things like tomatoes and cucumbers, which is really unacceptable for a 4-star hotel."

"Great location and great apartment. However, I don't think it's a family-friendly resort as described on the website. The bars are far too loud, impossible for the children to fall asleep. The bass from the bars can be heard all the way into the apartment. House A with the rock lounge in particular was a very negative point. I'm amazed at how other families can put up with that."
