I am a head golf coach for a Louisiana high school I booked 6 rooms on 4/28 and 7 rooms for the night of 4/29. We needed to add an additional night to our stay. The rates went up substantially, so we moved to another hotel. I have all need receipts for the correct stays and billing. I received my cc bill and there was on charge on it for 1 night. Should have been simple to resolve. I called the hotel and was greeted by an angry horrible woman employee. She lied about the charge, I challenged her, she change her story. The new story was challenged, and she lied again. Then she got loud and would not let me speak or speak with the manager. HORRIBLE INDIVIDUAL.
