"Registered got my keys then pulled around to the side , got my luggage out of the car and as you might figure, my key would not open the side entrance but after a moment of struggling with the door handle, another guest let me in.  Went to my room and again the key didn’t work so I had to go up and get the key fixed.  Inside, the room appeared neat and clean but it did have a musty smell.  My husband thought the bed was very comfortable but it was a little too hard to me.  Would I stay here again? Probably, my first priority is a clean room and while there were a few stains on the carpet, the room was pretty clean!"
