Lafayette Hotels with Wi-Fi

This is our go to “Home” when we go to Lafayette. We have stayed here many times when traveling and with our grandsons baseball teams. The hotel and our rooms are always so clean and welcoming. We love the size of the rooms with the sofa and lil kitchen set up. The free breakfast is definitely a plus with very good choices and so good. The staff is very attentive and friendly. When we had to evacuate from home because of a hurricane last year I knew this is where I wanted to go and they did not disappoint. We were there for a few weeks with two other of our family members and their kids. The washer & dryers on site were so very useful. There are eating places in walking distance and we spent quite a bit of time in the lil park right out side. Location is perfect with things close by but the way the place is set up you don’t feel crowed. Sometimes we would took walks on the premises and area.

Stayed here for a Reba McEntire concert at the Cajundome which was literally across the street! Dry convenient. Friendly staff! Clean rooms and good breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. It too far from other eating areas etc. I would definitely stay again!

The AC didn’t work, but maintenance did try to come fix it at 10:00pm. The room still didn’t get cold. The bathroom was too small.

Drury Inn & Suites in Lafayette, La. is not only exceptional because of the beautiful rooms, pool, and ambiance. This hotel is remarkable because of the beautiful people that staff this place. My family and I came to this hotel in a time of crisis; hurricane Ida. We could not find a hotel with reasonable prices, seemingly comfortable or suitable for my age-varied family, stemming from my 1 year old niece to my senior grandpa, and our puppy. Amidst our last-minute searches, somehow, someway, the Drury Inn save the day, truly. Between a welcoming staff that greets you right at the door, cooks/chefs in the kitchen there to help, greet and converse with you at their buffet. The list goes on and on. You all were a safety net to my family and the ways you looked out for us are immeasurable, and I'm not exaggerating. Please don't change, and continue to be the wonderful, hospitable, and all-around considerate people family has ever encountered. By the way, I know I seemed to dedicate this message to the staff of Drury Inn, I feel I should also, at least mention the other great aspects of his hotel. :) The rooms, beds, and bathrooms are beautiful, cool, and encapsulating. The kitchen, open and inviting with coffee kept me active all day a multipurpose buffet. I believe there was a card for a complimentary drink or two, as well. The pool and complimentary towels: are refreshing. The chandelier and ambiance of the lobby was beautiful, as well. And there was one of my favorites, a gym included in the hotel! It was an all-around great experience that made my family and I feel as though we were still safe and protected amidst the chaos that brewed at home and on the news. We will continue to recommend this Inn to anyone asking!

We were in Lafayette with the Cajun/zydeco dance group for Mardi Gras. The hotel was extremely clean, updated and nicely decorated, The staff were very polite, attentive, friendly, efficient, personable and engaging. The staff (Nelson, Tasha and Gabriella) at breakfast every morning were outstanding and made our trip even more fun! The breakfast was always fresh and tasty with a good variety of items to choose from. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and attentive happy to help with all of our requests. We loved having a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in our room. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good with hot water always available. I appreciated the dove soap amenities and the dispensers in the shower and the sink. Our only complaint was the lack of a toilet seat cover which we all felt wasn’t very sanitary. Overall a lovely experience in Lafayette at the Holiday Inn ! We would all choose this hotel again because the staff went above and beyond which we all know is hard to come by these days. As frequent visitors to Lafayette, we've decided this is our favorite place to stay. We strayed for one visit and man do we regret it! Side note: never stay at the La Quinta Oil Center down the street! The front desk people are very helpful and nice. The cleaning people are as well. We like the fact that you can run the a/c fan to drown out inevitable hotel noises. The beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. There are a lot of places to eat close by, including a Chilis and Outback Steakhouse in the same parking lot if you are too tired to do anything else like we were a couple of times. We have nothing bad to say.

I stayed at this Courtyard for 5 nights through January 23, 2020. The first wonderful person I met was while I was checking in. Devin is a professional, courteous and extremely helpful yong man that assisted me with everything I needed (where to eat, visit and shop). He is very patient and I appreciated his advise and kindness. I also met Jason, a great gentleman who took the time to show me my room to assure it would meet my needs! He is a really considerate and plesant! The same is true of Delania (I sure hope I spelled this correctly). Her personality and welcoming attitude is wonderful. She would ask how my meal was, what I did and was sincere in her querries. She is wonderful! I met Teresea the one night she was scheduled to work while I was there. What a special, vivacious, outgoing and exuberant nice lady! She had a cold and I was going to Walmart, so I got her some cough drops-you would think I gave her $1M! She was so appreciative and thanked me several times. I wish I could have spent more time with her-she makes you feel great! The housekeepers I met were so friendly and kind! Jeanie and Rea are awesome. Rea did an extra quick cleanup of my room one evening and refused a gratituity for her efforts. How special she is! Lyle (Maintenance) had to come to my aid on several occassions due to a persnickity light/outlet and was outgoing, very helpful and very competent. The bottom line is there are so many special people I almost fogot to mention what a nice property it is! The exterior is inviting and kept up nicely, the Lobbt is spacious and hospitable. The rooms are spacious, laid out well and extremely comfortable, clean and quiet. I especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Very relaxing and clean. I had one small issue with the water temperature in my shower and I was thrilled to see that Management immediately got involved. Sam, the Assistant Manager, is an awesome man with a great demeanor and ibviously respected by the Staff (they told me he knows how to get things done)! Sam introduced me to Brian, the Manager who has recently come to this property. All I can say (and see) is that Brian and Don are incredible Leaders that have an awesome group of people that like their jobs. The winners? Us, their appreciative guests! Thank you from Room 231 and every other room in your great hotel! Please forgive me if I omitted any of the other great people I met. I sure hope Marriott knows what great folks they have at this property!

This was obviously an older hotel that Wyndham purchased and upgrades were implemented for the most part. We enjoyed that you could park at your door unlike the usual hotels. Check in/out was fast. There was a breakfast. I just wish there were fruit and yogurt options instead of most carbs. But that's just me. It was all great!

The entire staff had friendly, professional, disposition. My room was clean with enough towels. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable The breakfast bar was very nice, there was a wide variety of items to choose from. Covid-19 intructions were displayed to remind guests to practice social distancing. I would return to this hotel and recommend it to others.

This is a place where I always stay this time I noticed that the staff was a little younger that does the cleaning and did not do a good job as the other workers did they just need to stay on top of it just cuz it looks clean does not mean that is clean they need to just wipe and mop up floors cuz there spills from the previous guest
