The service level is first-rate, and the service staff in the lobby and at the door are very friendly. The hotel's facilities are not bad compared to five-star hotels, but smoking should not be allowed in the lobby🚬. In addition, the quality of breakfast is not up to the standards of a 5-star hotel.

Traveling with kids during the Chinese New Year peak season, the experience was absolutely fantastic. 1. The location is superb, right inside Huaqing Palace. There's a dedicated small gate for direct access to the park, and with our room key, we could enter and exit unlimited times smoothly and for free. The hotel itself is quiet and classic; just taking a walk around is a beautiful experience in itself. 2. Every staff member we encountered had a commendable attitude, genuinely considering the guests' needs. 3. The hot springs lived up to their reputation; both the indoor (staff filled the bath for us in advance in the evening) and outdoor pools were excellent. 4. Thoughtful details like insulated cups, white fungus soup, comfortable pajamas, a spacious bathroom, reminders about amenities delivered to the room, a beautiful souvenir mirror, and delicious welcome fruits. 5. The 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' show tickets, which they helped us book in advance, had excellent, central seats. In the evening, we took a dedicated passage to the venue, which was convenient and avoided crowds. 6. My only suggestion is that adding a humidifier in winter would make it even more perfect.

We booked a family room, and it was incredibly spacious for three people. It had a separate toilet and a separate shower, and everything was spotlessly clean. The service was also very thoughtful. On the 4th floor, there are free self-service washing machines and dryers, which is really convenient. There's also a gym, but we didn't get a chance to use it. Although the hotel is on a street, it's a small road so it's not noisy at all. Overall, we were very satisfied. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Xi'an.

This was my first time staying at the Hilton in Xi'an, and I was really impressed. The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to Yongxingfang and the City Wall, and within walking distance of a subway station. The decor has a grand, traditional Chinese style; although it shows a bit of age, it's meticulously clean and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast spread was also excellent, with plenty of local specialties. This hotel is definitely ideal for tourists, and I'd prioritize staying at the Hilton again if I return to Xi'an.

We were in this hotel 2 days. Breakfast was very tasty, Chinese and European food and drinks. The staff is very friendly. They helped me with all the requests we had. We visited the hot springs and were very pleased, the temperature was from 30 to 50 degrees, with various additives inside: herbs, fruits and even wine. I also visited gym, its simple but functional. I recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to visit this city and enjoy good service.

We booked a 3-bedroom family suite. The first floor was spacious, and the second floor was a bit smaller, suitable for 4 adults and 1 child, or 5 people in total. The room was in an apartment building, not the main hotel building. They provided some snacks, and even a cake for my elder's birthday. It was quieter than the main building, though there were many people outside the window, making it a bit noisy. The location was excellent; the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda was right outside, surrounded by all sorts of shops. Traffic control was a bit annoying; to get a taxi, you had to walk a few dozen meters from the Ci'en Road intersection, near the High School Affiliated to Shaanxi Normal University. The facilities were a bit old but acceptable, and the cleanliness was decent. The price was reasonable for weekdays but too expensive during holidays. The breakfast selection was a bit limited and lacked character. However, the executive lounge could double as dinner, saving us a meal expense.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The cleaning staff are very proactive; they clean every two days or so, or they'll come by around 8-9 AM the morning after your first night to ask if you want a cleanup. Since I was alone, I felt that cleaning every two days was fine, but for a couple, they'd probably clean daily because each room comes with two sets of toiletries, and for one person, the toiletries usually last about two days. I stayed for four days and didn't see any slippers in the room. I didn't ask if the hotel doesn't provide them or if they were just missing, so I just bought a pair from a roadside shop. These are just my personal observations; if you have similar issues or other questions, you should ask the front desk—they'll know more than I do.

Selected Dessert Mystery Box (delivery time 21:00-21:30, please be patient during peak hours like weekends and holidays): This was a bit disappointing, as shown in picture 8. Facilities: I've stayed here many times, and this time I specifically chose a game room because my child wanted to play. Coincidentally, it was the same room we stayed in before! The environment is always good, and soaking in the hot springs is very convenient. This year, they even added safety railings to the hallways, which is a thoughtful touch. Service: The butler sent a separate fruit platter for my child and even helped arrange car washing in advance. When we came back from the hot springs at night and asked for ginger tea, they brewed a whole pot – excellent!

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Xi'an. I upgraded myself from the Sofitel to a Luxury Premier Room at the Sofitel Legend, and it was absolutely worth it. The room layout was well-designed, featuring two bathrooms and a separate walk-in closet. The amenities were exquisite, with high-quality towels and bath towels, and incredibly comfortable bedding. The room was also very well soundproofed, making for a peaceful stay. For breakfast, there was a great selection of buffet items and Ă  la carte options. Most importantly, breakfast was a quiet and undisturbed experience. The butler service from Fancy, Erics, Aaron, and Leo was exceptional. They personally delivered all my food deliveries to the room, and whenever I returned to the hotel, they would greet me and even press the elevator button for me. I was thoroughly impressed. It truly lives up to its reputation as the top luxury hotel in the Sofitel collection. This will be my first choice for accommodation the next time I visit Xi'an.

JJunmoyigeThis was my first stay at the Sofitel Legend Xi'an, the only Sofitel Legend property in mainland China under Accor's luxury brand. The hotel boasts an excellent location at 319 Dongxin Street, Xincheng District, Xi'an, close to many historical sites like the Bell Tower. The People's Mansion complex at 319 Dongxin Street houses four hotels: Sofitel Legend Xi'an, Sofitel Xi'an on Renmin Square, Grand Mercure Xi'an on Renmin Square, and Mercure Xi'an on Renmin Square. The surrounding area is well-equipped with amenities, making transportation incredibly convenient. After the founding of New China in 1949, to meet the needs of official foreign接待, the Xi'an People's Mansion was established in 1953 in the ancient capital of Xi'an. It was then the largest, best-equipped, and highest-standard foreign affairs guesthouse in the Northwest region, initiated and overseen by the leaders of the Northwest Military and Political Committee. In the early 21st century, with the deepening of reform and opening-up and the flourishing tourism industry, under the unified leadership of Shaanxi Investment Group Co., Ltd., the People's Mansion entrusted Accor Group Hotel Management Company to professionally operate and manage the hotel cluster within the complex. Significant funds were invested, initiating a continuous upgrade and renovation project that lasted over ten years. This ultimately resulted in the creation of Mercure, Grand Mercure, Sofitel, and the fifth and only Sofitel Legend hotel in the world located in China. To the east is the Sofitel International Convention and Exhibition Center, which officially opened after 2000. This center features a pillar-less grand ballroom, 11 multi-functional meeting rooms, and a specialty Chinese restaurant. To the west is the Sofitel People's Theater. The theater, built in 1954, was renovated and upgraded after 2000, becoming an important venue for political and cultural activities in Shaanxi Province and even the entire Northwest region. From 1953 to 1974, the People's Mansion was not open to the public, with its main entrance guarded by Chinese People's Liberation Army soldiers, conveying both a sense of solemn strictness and an intriguing mystery of that era. In 2014, Building 1 of Xi'an People's Mansion completed its refurbishment. Building 1 of the People's Mansion stands in the heart of the ancient capital, carrying the city's glorious memories since 1953. It once served as an important venue for receiving state guests, and has now been magnificently transformed into the Sofitel Legend Xi'an, retaining its historical heritage while exuding a new brilliance of French elegance and contemporary luxury. The Sofitel Legend Xi'an embodies luxury that is never ostentatious; it is subtly hidden in meticulously crafted details. We firmly believe that true respect goes beyond magnificent spaces and lies in a refined response to lifestyle. The Sofitel Legend hotel has eight floors. The basement houses the spa, the ground floor features the lobby, with the front desk on the left, along with a swimming pool, a museum, a fitness center, and the Roman Holiday Italian Restaurant. The second floor offers meeting rooms and a business center. The hotel offers four types of suites: a 61 sqm Premier Suite, a 98 sqm Luxury Premier Suite, a 133 sqm Imperial Suite, and a 183 sqm Chang'an Suite. The 61 sqm Premier Suite is well-designed, with a quiet and comfortable room and fresh, pleasant air. Upon entering, there's a living room with a minibar, followed by the bedroom. Beyond the bedroom, there's a bathtub and a separate wet and dry bathroom with a shower. The hotel staff were professional and enthusiastic. During check-in, they proactively introduced nearby attractions and transportation routes – highly recommended!

GGuest UserFrom check-in to check-out, Judy's service was thoughtful and attentive throughout. She was gentle and patient, and the room arrangement was excellent with a great view. Any requests were promptly addressed. The room was meticulously clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the environment was quiet and pleasant. The surrounding facilities and transportation were also very convenient, with a subway station nearby and Yitian Holiday Plaza across the street offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. GGuest UserHere's a review of my recent stay: 1. **Pre-Arrival Contact:** No one contacted me before my arrival. 2. **Butler Service:** This hotel doesn't offer butler service. 3. **Kids' Breakfast:** When checking in, I asked the front desk if they could provide a complimentary children's breakfast, but they couldn't. 4. **Hotel WeChat:** I asked the front desk if the hotel had a WeChat account. They informed me that they don't use WeChat for communication and that guests should call the front desk for any inquiries. 5. **New Year's Eve Dinner:** We booked the New Year's Eve dinner for 2888 RMB. The value for money was just so-so, but I guess that's expected for a holiday. They did have a raffle, and it seemed like everyone won a prize, which made up for the value issue a bit. 6. **Post-Departure Contact:** Someone finally sent a message to check in after I had already left. 7. **Executive Lounge:** The executive lounge was quite good, but everything else was just average. 8. **Management Presence:** While having dinner, I saw the restaurant manager. During the day, I also saw the Director of Rooms on the first floor. It seemed like all the other senior executives might have been on holiday! 9. **Stay Duration:** We spent four days and three nights in Xi'an for New Year's and stayed at this hotel for three nights. 10. **Breakfast:** I didn't eat breakfast, so I can't comment on it. My child ate my portion. I don't usually eat breakfast anyway, so whether or not a complimentary children's breakfast was offered wasn't a big deal for me. 11. **Comparison with Other Hotels:** My next destination is Kunming, and I'm staying at a Four Points by Sheraton. Even before arriving, the reservations staff actively contacted me, which is a stark contrast to the Ritz-Carlton Xi'an, where no one bothered to reach out. 12. **Location:** The hotel is located in the high-tech zone. Although there's a subway station right outside, it's quite a distance from the city center, so we had to take taxis everywhere. 13. **Nearby Amenities:** There's a shopping mall next to the hotel, and a Starbucks can be found by exiting through the back door on the first floor. 14. **Future Stays:** For someone who only stays at the Ritz, I'd probably stay here again next time. Otherwise, I might consider newer hotels like newly opened Courtyards, Element Hotels, or Marriotts. Newly opened Courtyards are usually quite good!

What really stands out is the front desk service, which is absolutely outstanding. Their attitude is superb. EExpatBirthday in BaoJi: The Swisstouches Hot Spring Hotel property is nice and involves a Master Plan for “In Tang Dream Town” development. I enjoyed my room spa enough, but there are bath houses, steam rooms, and a spa. I chose to eat dinner in my room and kept to room service for breakfast. The sleeping is comfortable and the walk with photos. There is a book room, cafe, and some restaurants. I saw a Lego store, but not a gift shop. Multitude of tea houses. Stayed just one night. An hour from xX’an by train plus 30 minutes to drive. The car ride is 90 minutes from west Xi’an. Lots of families here and property investors. Decor is lovely, there’s shuttle service, and walking areas. Note: Construction in area. Culture block down the street open at night. Service and remedy attentive. Thank you.
