While looking for a hotel, I stumbled upon this one. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was immediately captivated by its elegant and grand decor. The front desk staff greeted me with sweet smiles, and the check-in process was swift and professional. They also enthusiastically introduced the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions, making me feel genuinely welcomed as a first-time guest. The lobby even offered iced Americano, which was a thoughtful touch for early risers. The room was incredibly spacious! The kind lady at the front desk saw I had a baby and thoughtfully upgraded our room – I'm truly thankful for that! The entire room was equipped with Xiao Du smart controls, which made everything incredibly convenient. Even the shampoo and other toiletries in the shower were from a premium brand, wonderfully fragrant, and very pleasant to use. The front desk lady also told me about a Hanfu (traditional Chinese attire) experience. I gave it a try, and wearing the Hanfu made me feel absolutely ethereal – it was such a fantastic experience! I loved every moment of it!

The facilities are complete, the supporting items are of high quality, the hygiene is good, and the bedding is very comfortable. There is a private underground parking lot, which is very convenient for self-driving tours. It is a hotel with a very good value for money.

There are subway and bus stops nearby, which is very convenient for tourists. The hotel breakfast was also very plentiful, with a wide variety of choices and excellent quality, giving me a wonderful start to each morning. The hotel facilities were also very well-designed and offered great value for money. The hotel service was also very convenient. The receptionists, Xiao Sun and Xiao Cheng, were very friendly and attentive, and check-in was quick. I highly recommend this hotel. The facilities are modern, and the staff are very welcoming. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I travel.

Environment: A hotel located within a scenic area, so the environment gets full marks. Service: After booking, a dedicated butler proactively informed us of important details, inquired about our travel plans, and assisted with ticket booking, transfers, and guidance. They were attentive without being intrusive – highly commendable! The restaurant next to the hotel is also highly recommended. The breakfast provided was of a very high standard, with a rich variety and excellent flavors. Double Huaqing Royal Hot Spring Baoji Pool 1 entry per night: After returning from our outing, the bath had already been prepared for us, which was incredibly thoughtful! 👍 It was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel environment is quite good, located in the central area of Xi'an's North City, making it very convenient for getting around. It offers good value for money, with spacious and bright rooms, and comfortable, clean bedding. The rooms are well-equipped with a coffee machine and an air purifier, which is very convenient. The service is also excellent. A big thank you to Guest Relations Monica for arranging my room in advance, especially for the free room upgrade and complimentary breakfast. This will be my first choice for future stays.

The skyscraper is very large and beautiful. The rooms are nice and have all the amenities. We were given a free room upgrade. There's a beautiful pool and a gym available. Towels were changed and the bathroom was cleaned every day. Breakfast was a buffet with all kinds of food, with chefs preparing typical Xi'an dishes on the spot. Above all, the staff was very kind, accommodating all our requests and offering us yogurt drinks, desserts, and soups for dinner or a snack completely free of charge. Some of the staff speak English, but with WeChat, you can communicate with a translation tool. I recommend it! Excellent value for money.

The hotel boasts a grand and opulent lobby. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the facilities are quite decent. It's conveniently located, just a 5-6 minute walk from Yongxingfang and about a 10-minute walk to the City Wall. At night, the City Wall is brilliantly lit, presenting a dazzling spectacle. Currently, it's not overly crowded, and you can even catch performances there, which makes for a very enjoyable experience. The hotel staff are proactive and welcoming, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options that taste quite good.

The location is fantastic, right by the Grand Tang Mall (Datang Buyecheng), and just across the street from Joy City. We didn't experience any long traffic jams either! The breakfast was really good, with Xi'an specialties like Rou Jia Mo (meat sandwich), oil tea, oil cakes, and spinach noodles. It's perfect for someone like me who doesn't take the kids to morning markets. The executive lounge offers great views of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely choose The Westin again.

Very good, I re-set this hotel because the soundproofing of the previous hotel was too bad. The location of the hotel is very good. There is a whole street behind where to eat. The Anxi Street on the right hand side is next to the community. It is very quiet. From the hotel, turn left for ten minutes to Lijiacun Wanda. It is also very close to the subway entrance, and it is very convenient to travel and shop. The hotel is fully equipped and comfortable. The induction night light next to the bed is very user-friendly. I like the small table next to the bed the most. It increases the interaction experience with relatives and friends during the trip. It is also convenient to order takeaway (bushi) from the first time I live in oranges. I like it, and I will live in oranges in the future. I will stay in Xi'an next time. This 🥰😋

A ginormous hotel with spectacular Mountain View’s, but not so many guests so felt like a ghost town. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the Huashan scenic area booking office, and a handful of restaurants, couple of coffee shops and massage salon. The main reason for this location is hiking and enjoying the amazing hot springs. There isn’t anything else nearby for those who are not interested in those two activities! Lots of hot spring pools, and a large swimming pool, which you access via the shuttle car, this runs every couple of minutes so super convenient. Room is very large, so is bathroom. Breakfast is sufficient, restaurant for dinner closes at 21:00 and didn’t try. Overall a lovely hotel stay.
