The Nishat Hotel

It was my first time staying at The Nishat Hotel and I was beyond pleased with my choice. I am a frequent visitor to Lahore and will only choose to stay here in the future. Compared to other hotels in Lahore, The Nishat Hotel far supersedes any of its counterparts. I stayed in an Executive Room. The hotel is very clean with all the amenities you would require and in a great location to access MM Alam Road, Liberty, etc. The rooms were cleaned daily, the beds were extremely comfortable and the towels were changed daily. There is a continental breakfast offered in the restaurant and room service is available at all hours. The mixed chaye was my favourite, and served with the tastiest biscuits. The decor is contemporary with an ode to its Pakistani heritage - it is simply stunning. I would like to thank Saeed and Waqas Bhai for always greeting us with such warmth and love. Shan for helping us on arrival and departure. Thank you to Waleed for checking us in and checking out, and the lovely ladies at security. Asad, our driver, thank you for all his patience and for returning to help us a second time. Naeem, another driver for his service and patience. But my most special thank you goes to Qesar Bhai for all his help, for arranging a driver for us every day, for helping us with every little query and for being there for us every moment we needed assistance. I truly felt as though I was being looked after by family and I will always hold a special place in my heart for Qesar Bhai. Ap ka bahut bahut shukriya. Thank you to all the staff at the Nishat Hotel for your wonderful service and I look forward to returning.

Great people and excellent service! The food was delicious and served hot. The breakfast buffet was extensive and fresh. The staff was courteous and accommodating. The room was decorated well and comfortably and equipped with all the amenities.

Every meal was a delicious adventure, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and a wide variety of options to suit all palates. I was particularly impressed by the attentiveness of the wait staff, who were always happy to make recommendations and ensure our dining experience was flawless. Overall, my stay at Nishat Hotel was a pleasure. The combination of exceptional service, fantastic food, and a comfortable atmosphere makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Lahore. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing stay.

Had a very pleasant stay. Very good food, professional staff, and outstanding hospitality. Nishat is by far the best hotel I have stayed in Lahore at. At walking distance you will have access to the city's most renowned restaurants and malls.

Amazing experience at Nishat hotel Gulberg. Relaxing and friendly atmosphere. They have high standards when it comes to food and the service is great. A lot of variety in food. Rooms are spacious and clean. All the workers are very friendly and helpful. Always greet with a smile. I highly recommend it.

We went with colleagues to try food at CUBE. Food was good but the only and serious problem was this that staff is untrained. We need to get up and call staff to take order and staff was busy in their argument. Then when the food came staff hands were touching the food even after informing them they did not bother to take it serious. Please guide waiters. Food was good, warm, welcoming team but service could be improved.

The staff at Nishat Gulberg is very welcoming and provides high customer service, especially Ali. Nishat gulberg is one of the best hotel options in Lahore for business or personal trips. The hotel has a great location as well. MS - McKinsey
