"This is a comfortable and reasonably priced hotel in Lahore. The rooms are not very large and the windows are permanently covered by heavy drapes that cannot be removed. But you are not missing anything view wise! I was in a regular deluxe room. Maybe the suites had better view. The roof top restaurant was good but bleak skies and a chilly morning probably was not the best time for a breakfast. Buffet was good with lot of choices."

"Location - is central to many amenities, shopping malls and restaurants Atmosphere - lovely relaxed atmosphere Room - comfortable, spacious, clean room. Lovely spacious bathroom. The room and hotel were very spacious, nice area to sit in the lobby and parking. The hotel smelled lovely! Service - all staff are attentive, very pleasant and can’t do enough for you. Any request was dealt with promptly. Arooj and Amtal were very attentive and were lovely to speak to. They are the only two names I know but I can say this for all the staff at the hotel. Breakfast is extremely varied with many cuisines to choose from. The food was of good quality and delicious! Stop stop The pool, gym, salon and parking were very useful. Security at the hotel is a must and very reassuring. Thank you for a wonderful stay, really enjoyed it and will miss your friendly service! If I ever come back to Lahore, this is where I would stay again."

"Dear Management, I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel. When I entered the hotel, there was no one available at the reception desk, and I had to wait around 20 to 25 minutes for check-in. After completing the check-in process, I went to my room and found it very dirty and not properly cleaned. Later, I ordered dinner. I was informed on the phone that it would take 40 minutes. However, after 40 minutes, when I followed up, the food was still not ready. Eventually, the food was served to my room after almost 2 hours. I am very unhappy with this experience. The service was extremely poor and disappointing. On top of that, the food had no taste and was not satisfactory at all. Overall, this stay was very disappointing, and I hope you take this complaint seriously and improve your service standards."
