The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The rooms were spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities were well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay, ensuring everything remained spotless and comfortable. I stayed at the hotel with my wife for over 1 week. I previously stayed at places like the Hilton, Mariott (for work) so initially I was abit apprehensive at booking but now am glad I took the plunge. If you set, the location of the appartment aside (it's about a 5 minute ride away from things to do) - the hospitality I received was exceptional. Specifically, I want to call out Muhammed Umair and Ghulam Kamber. These 2 have excellent front office skills and understand how to deal with guests (without wasting time) . Given I hadn't stayed in the area before, I had lots of little bits and bobs i needed to get done (and so did the wife). Both are professional, curteous and extremely attentive. There were a few times where they helped to book rides , order non hotel food , help to check-in/out and also they acted as really helpful travel companions. Thankyou for also dealing with our night cravings and late breakfast requests.

Pretty much spot on. Location isn’t bad but it’s not amazing either. But it’s perfect for everything else. Great team, simple check in and check out and everyone was really nice. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Good air con in the room and a very comfortable bed! Highly recommended.

Absolutely excellent time and stay at the Ramada the room was stunning and excellent guest service. But the swimming pool was extremely cold in the winter and gym too small ....no salon massage available and only one tiny shop. There should be more shops in the hotel and a small office where people can change current.....no international cash pointi Lile standard chartered. But other than that it was lovely and clean enjoyed our time there it was very well spent

This hotel is actually a detached villa in downtown Lahore. There was no breakfast on the Internet at the scheduled time. I did not expect that breakfast was quite rich, and it was delivered to the room. During the period, a kettle was broken and repaired in time. It's comfortable to drink some hot water.

The room was good, just a standard twin. There's a bellhop on the first floor to help with luggage, which is nice, but the front desk being on the fourth floor is a bit inconvenient. The room was quiet and soundproofed well, though the air conditioning was a little noisy, even if it worked perfectly. Housekeeping was good too, with daily service. Just a heads-up: laundry service is only available before 10 AM, and clothes are returned by 7 PM. If you drop off laundry between 10 AM and 12 PM, there's a 50% surcharge, and after 12 PM, it's 100%.

The hotel has spacious deluxe rooms, a pool on the rooftop, and a small gym. The best thing about the hotel is the buffet breakfast. It was so delicious we wokup at 6:30 am in anticipation of a wonderful breakfast. The service was great and the laundry service is same day. I recommend to anyone interested in being around good food options, a mall and not far from the airport.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, just a short walk from Emporium Mall and the Expo Center. My room was spacious, clean, and modern, with luxurious amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, with delicious local dishes and a variety of options to suit all tastes. Hotel Nova was the perfect choice.
