Nice hotel for a stopover en route to Chicago. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. After our long drive we visited the bar for a glass of wine but they had no house wine available so premium wine was the only option. Later we had hors d’oeuvres in the concierge lounge where it stated that house wines were available at $7 a glass. We ordered a red and a white and the red was $8 and the white was $14.50. I think the F&B manager needs to take care of this. In the morning we had breakfast in the Club Lounge and it was disappointing to say the least. There were no bowls, no spoons, the eggs were dried up, the fruit had obviously been sitting for a while and we didn’t see anyone from the hotel checking on things while we were there. Not the Sheraton experience we’re used too.

Has gone a few steps down. There are times that many little things gone wrong are a bigger problem. I am a Platinum member. I have also stayed at this Sheraton Woodbury hotel several other times. We recently visited this past Wednesday, and since it was a pleasant stay, and we did not want to move, we paid extra and decided to extend our stay through the weekend. We were met by much dissatisfaction and a series of disappointments. On the first day coffee was available for free down the hall on the 5th floor in the dining area. When I extended my stay, coffee was not available on the fifth floor where I was staying nor on the additional days I stayed . I paid extra to stay in the same room on the 5th floor, presuming I would continue to get this benefit when I am comatose in the morning. I was met by a series of disappointments when I extended my stay - from one of two elevators not working the whole time we were there resulting in extensive wait times(One time after a 5-10 minute wait we walked down the stairs only to find ourselves outside with no way back in), paying extra for the dining room and being told that my "breakfast package included only one option on the menu(not explained by the front set who suggested you can order a hot meal from the menu). On another day I got something from the buffet and the English muffin with the eggs Benedict was so dry and hard that my knife could not cut through. They advertised heart healthy nuts with the oatmeal, but wanted to charge extra if ordered on the menu(but the oatmeal in the buffet was dry and hard, as was the brick of brown sugar. Heart health nuts was not an an option with the buffet as it always is at the lesser Fairfield Inn). Towels in the room were not replaced as desired, nor did I get the extra towels my wife requested for her wet hair. On a positive note the hotels were clean and the Sheraton rooms looked nice. Overall - not a positive experience and I would not recommend this hotel where I was disappointed.

This is our “Go to hotel” when in St. Paul area . We’ve been there multiple times and enjoy the rooms , the beds , comforters and especially the pillows. In fact , I ordered 2 pillows for my home use thru the Marriot on line store and my partner loves them. The bathroom and room is contemporary styling. The lobby is welcoming and has a fire place that is a feature on cold days . I would recommend this hotel any time I’m in Woodbury area of St. Paul , Minnesota

I rarely write reviews about the hotels I stay in, I spend over 100 nights a year on the road for work so I’ve seen the best and worst of hotels and at this point not much phases me. That said, I have to commend Tionna at this property for being one of the best ambassadors of a property I have encountered in quite some time. There were a couple of situations that needed attention during my stay, the most important pertaining to a dry cleaning issue, and Tionna helped solve the issues to my satisfaction with a level of genuine care and concern that I do not see very often. She kept in touch throughout my stay to ensure the solutions that were presented were to my satisfaction, and went above any beyond in terms of follow up. There are a plethora of options for business travelers like myself, and I must say that Tionna encapsulates the values that make me a Marriott loyalist. It’s my genuine hope that property management sees this review and gives her a well deserved kudos. Cheers from AZ!

Stayed for a night on a long car trip. Property is located in a business area with a shopping center/places to eat nearby. Check in was professional and quick. Room was nicely furnished and the bed was great. Breakfast and dinner not available for some reason? Maybe the pandemic from 2 years ago....

This hotel was a wonderful find! I booked last minute and was able to get a very comfortable and clean room. It's quite even though it's close to the freeway. Easy to check in and check out through the app. Inviting and laid back atmosphere.

Beware! Do not use a third party site unless you enjoy double paying! I was charged by the third party and also by Marriot directly for my 2 night stay and have not been able to get any kind of resolution. I can't imagine what would happen if I started charging people for services not used or items not received? Zero excuse EVER for a hotel to rip off customers

I was booked into a room where the hotel staff knew the reading lights did not work. In fact, the reading lights had been disconnected for the ENTIRE HOTEL for awhile. The hotel management offered the following lame excuse for the deficiency in an email: “Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and I sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations. I have shared your feedback with the leadership. To clarify the issue with the lights we had to disconnect them due to the lights popping open during the night and shinning in guests eyes waking them up. This was a design flaw and we are trying to come up with a solution to fix this. In the mean time we felt it best to disconnect the lights in order to ensure sleep was not interrupted. We truly understand how this affects guests who are needing the use of the lights to read or work” It is totally unethical that Sheraton charge guests for a simple amenity (lighting) that they have no intention or means to provide. I requested a refund for my one night stay and have not received a response from the general manager, Pattie Ball.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I’m not usually a fan of Sheraton hotels. This one was nicely decorated- updated & clean. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. Location is good- right near the freeway with restaurants nearby. They had a large restaurant area for breakfast and free hot coffee near the entrance with to-go cups.
