Paid for a king and two doubles but got a queen and two twins. Sewage smell in lower level. No deadbolt on door. Sliding glass difficult to lock… not sure it really ever did. Front porch light out made entry hazardous.

The property is a bit faded and smells old but if you don’t have asthma, it should be just fine. I suspect that it is fun in the summer with the lake and the facilities.

The electric outlets all had the top plugin was loose. The phone chargers fell out,had to use all the bottom plugs. The recliner would recline easy but very hard to put back up. The toilets had to be flushed a few times just to get a two piece section of toilet paper to go down and they ran for a long time.

Check in was great. Friendly staff. Condo needs updated. Carpet smelled musty. But overall clean neat. Comfortable bed and pillows. Kitchen very clean. I will definitely stay again.

Read the reviews before going in so had lower expectations. For us we needed a place that gave some space and comfort amenities like a microwave and fridge. The unit was a bit dated (early 90s decoration) but clean. We had no maintenance issues and it was quiet. The location is on the south side of crossville and was closer to our destination vs staying downtown which was another reason for staying. Amenities close by like a game room, playground, W/D but didnt use any of them. We'll stay again on future trips.

This proper is not in the best condition. Cleanliness when walking in was great. Outside was great. TV's hardly worked. Green screen isn't cool. Storm came Saturday night and the sliding door was leaking from the roof. This is not the first time that it happened, I'm sure, there is water stains on the wall and ceiling. Due to being a holiday EVERYTHING was CLOSED, including the pool and gym.
I don't know if I would stay here again. Other than that it was a nice resort but it really needs a lot of updating for the price that is paid nightly.
