The sanitation and service are very good, but! The wifi signal is very unstable. After calling, the landlord checked it, but it was still intermittent. The sound insulation is very poor. You can hear the neighbors talking, singing, and crying children clearly. It's really annoying to be woken up at 7 o'clock in the morning!
