The hotel was very authentic with the old-timey feel of a steamboat. The staff were very welcoming and informative.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is in a central location to where we wanted to go. The room and the beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff sociable and helpful. We didn't eat in their restaurant this time. Instead we had drinks and sandwiches in their bar. The bartenders Courtney and Zac were great. The weather was nice so we could sit outside to relax.

The customer service was excellent, especially the manager Brianna and supervisor Josh. Also the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely would consider to stay in the Steamboat Inn when coming to Pennsylvania. It's a family friendly hotel and a safe place to stay and enjoy Pennsylvania.

We have stayed at the Steamboat several times and it never disappoints! The cleanliness, staff, customer service, ambiance, pool, outdoor grounds etc is A+ I also want to thank the manager, Sherry. My son left his FAVORITE stuffed animal there and when I called she said she will look for it. Minutes later she called back and said it was turned in! Not only that, she personally is going to the post office within next couple of hours to mail it to me! She is so kind and helpful. Thank you so much!

After paying 160 dollars a night they put us in a room across the elevator!! There’s people in and out laughing talking all night and early morning and my handicap daughter was awake all night !! Worst hotel I had ever stayed !!!!
