"lovely clean well aired room, everything you could need- best nights sleep ever. I was a bit confused as to how to get from the southside M6 over to where the Travelodge was on the Northbound side, but there is a number and you get to speak to an actual person. he was so helpful. I arrived but didn't check in immediately and The staff member called my number to double check I had arrived as it was very late at night. "

The Borough Lancaster

"Hannah at the Borough provided and served a buffet at home for my mum’s funeral tea at short notice. I could order what I liked, so had sandwiches, sausage rolls and Pork pie with some mini cakes and a cheeseboard. Tea and coffee were served and plates and crockery were provided. Very kind and unobtrusive service - Hannah and her assistant were superb, looking after everyone and tidying up as the food was eaten. Plenty of food with garnish. She set up whilst we were at the funeral, so everything was ready when we came back."

"Might be due to owner wanted to save energy, lights and heaters very unpreductable. Even TV will auto off, lights auto dim down and no intervention possible."
