Perfect stay! I love the check-in system here. Hassle free. Room is spacious and clean. The bed is super comfy and we had really good sleep.

Well-equipped accommodation, a bit out of the way.
Registration via online check-in was easy. A scooter could be rented through the accommodation (35 RM/day), and we were even able to extend our stay by 4 hours without any problems.
Free water (hot/cold) available from the water dispenser.
Air conditioning worked.
Room was very large, with a table and two chairs.
The only and main criticism was the smell! The room smelled damp/musty. It was particularly bad in the bathroom. When it rained, it was almost unbearable. This was probably due to the open sewer pipe running right next to the window.
Basically everything was good, but the smell made us feel very uncomfortable and we can't really recommend it.

The room is big, and the bed is big and soft. You need to swipe a card to get to the room. It's very safe. There is a free water dispenser downstairs, which is okay. It's also a good distance from Gua Town and very cost-effective.

The cleanliness is not satisfied this time... The blanket and the bed got a bit of stain and the amenities I got this time looks like less than before. But the location and the service is okay.

The hotel environment is very quiet and calm, can see monkeys climbing over the walls in the morning, it’s a nice place when sun shining in the morning. The check in process is very smooth, overall great experience
