I traveled to Islamic countries such as Turkuy, Tunisia, and Morocco. By the way, I also lived in Kuala Lumpur. However, the sound of prayers from the mosque in front of the Smith Hotel was particularly difficult. I had a bit of trouble sleeping. Breakfast was good and the pool was nice too.

After my Son recommended the Smith House to me,I must trilt say it is a pearl in Langkawi for a very competitive price,even a low price .we ,2couples stayed for 2 nights.After an active day of cable car and skybridge and driving around we settled down at the clean and well maintained swimmingpool and area.
Carrental via hotel for only 90 bath for big car.
Staff was very helpfull and super friendly
Rooms with amazing shower and a wonderfull bed ,not too hard but absolutely not soft.
Breakfast 4 out of 5 ,especially asian food and like 7 different kinds of fruit.2Things to improve is having not only blacktea but some herbal choices and for the coffee No instant coffee for a coffeedrinker like I am

The overall level of hotels in Langkawi is not as good as that in Thailand, and some hardware is not very good.
The good things about this hotel:
1. Close to the airport, convenient for taxis
2. There are KFC, Pizza Hut, Gaurdian, and laundry downstairs, which is convenient for life.
3. The service attitude is good. There are stains on the sheets, and they were replaced with new sheets after calling.
The bad things:
1. The room is small, the air conditioner will blow towards people, and the bed cannot be moved. In the end, I chose to sleep on the other side.
2. The hygiene is the general level of Langkawi, and there are stains on the sheets
3. Although the breakfast is OK, I don’t know whether it is changed in time. Some fruits seem to have been left outside for a long time
4. The lights are dim and there is no USB charging port
