Overall stay for 3 nights was acceptable. The staffs provided good and prompt service. Check-In was a very easy process.
Overall cleanliness of room is considered acceptable, if you don’t mind that some areas in the bathroom with metal parts are rusty.
Buffet breakfast was delightful. I like that they also have 2 restaurants available for in house dining.

was there to attend events, location is less strategic as it is not closed to main road, but by walking can reach famous cafes, tower and beach easily.

The service was great and the view was beautiful, but it's very far from the city center. What you'd save on hotel prices downtown, you'd spend on a taxi. Also, there was a terrible musty smell in the hallway and the rooms had an unbearable damp odor.

Great hotel with amenities. Convenient location, walking distance from night market and located at a very central location with lots of restaurants easily can order via grab app. Nice gym, yoga place. Had a pool too but did not get chance to swim. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Best is the service staff, especially the operation boss Mr Nathan. Nathan was super helpful & always on his toes looking to help guests.
It’s an old hotel, but given the relative reasonable price for a 33sqm premium sea view room and full amenities, the overall is very good. Will come back again!

Room: I would say the room itself is fine, quite modern and I LOVE the view, really pretty tower in front of us, but the tv is wayyyy too small for a room this size, we have to squint my eyes to watch a tv.
Hygiene & Condition: The hotel is obviously old, the panels and metal parts in the shower are all rusted, definitely not the most hygienic stay, there was a cockroach at some point of our stay and that really put me off. They have both a shower and a bath which is nice to have.
Service & Buffet: The breakfast was not very tasty, more for Indian palate I presume, it was very chaotic and the service is really bad, we asked for a fork, apparently there was some dessert forks at the buffet area, but we didn’t see, then the waitress end up shoving the whole container of dessert forks in our face with attitude.. bad service I would say.
I would not really stay here but location wise is pretty nice if you would like to explore Kuah Town.
