1. Came here for the Chinese courtesy service written by Ctrip, but there was no Chinese person at all.
2. The environment was average, nothing special.
3. There was no diving, barbecue, or snorkeling as advertised.

Although this is not a new hotel, however, the cleanliness, hotel, and housekeeping are very clean. I stay here for 3 days and 2 nights. The bedsheets and pillowcase towels are all very clean. Service is also good. Very nice hotel.
Location is good for shopping within walking distance, there is no need to worry about food also walking distance.
Will book again for the next trip

Take a taxi for a few minutes at Kuah Town Pier and go to Koh Lipe for a temporary transfer. The room space is OK, and the rest is domestic three-star standard. The whole hotel has a bit of an Asan smell, so be careful if you are sensitive. Sea view rooms cannot open windows and face the tower directly.
