The location is okay, about a 15-minute walk from Eagle Square and Billion Duty Free Supermarket (Langkawi). The hygiene was average, and the in-room facilities felt a bit outdated. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive and didn't really suit my taste, but my mom quite liked it. The front desk service was good, and the room was cleaned daily with toiletries replenished.

The service was extremely repetitive and very poor, and there was no staff available to assist with handling or loading our luggage onto a trolley. My younger sibling had to push the luggage trolley to our room by himself. We may not return here again.

Location of the hotel is quite far off a lot of tourist attractions but it's near one of the attraction and that is the sunset cruise. Not many things to do around the area. Service and hospitality provided by the hotel staffs were a 10/10 but the hotel room itself needs a little touch up as it looks quite old already.

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were really lovely. The gym needs an upgrade but overall I had a really great stay. An amazing park is next door with a lovely running trail by the ocean

The room was cleaned, but the shower gel did not refill from day 1 until day 3, the shower gel finished. During the check out day, housekeeping opens our door without knocking and it makes me feel shocked it happens around 10.45am. I believe that the housekeeping record should mention that our room status is room check out.

The hotel facilities are complete, clean, and the environment is great. It's close to the pier, and you can see the sea, moonset, and sunrise from the room's balcony. The service was excellent.

This hotel is really beautiful, with a pool and sea views. There's also a cute little cat inside the hotel. However, the breakfast is just so-so, so don't get your hopes up too high.
