Old hotel and in bad shape. Due to cost cutting, they ran out of clean towels, and mineral water when extra bed was ordered. The hot water in the bathroom, the room safe, and the fridge in the room was not working. Breakfast was below average, and service sucks because they are so under-staffed.
Will not recommend this hotel unless you like the location in Kuah Town

The hotel at the time of our check-in was almost empty, we were given the keys to room 511, when we entered we heard crazy barking.
I looked out the window and realized that right next to the fence with the hotel there was a dog hotel. 50 dogs barked non-stop, including at night.
We asked to be moved, we were told that there was nowhere to move except if it was two floors higher, right above the same number 711.
Naturally, this did not save the situation - 2 nights of hell
