At first, there was a problem with our booking. The staffs told us that we booked for two guests only. But our reservation shows that the booking is for three guests. But we’re glad trip.com fixed it.

In terms of our experience, this was our first visit to Langkawi, and we chose to stay at a hotel near the Royal Langkawi Yacht Club. We found the service to be excellent, and the facilities were top-notch. Initially, we had booked a Deluxe King Room, but due to its unavailability, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to an executive premier room.
Furthermore, We decided to extend our stay for an additional day, and when we requested to retain the same room, the receptionist advised us to book any available room through the trip.app. They assured us that we would be allocated the same room. Following their advice, we booked the Superior Twin Room with meals, as we were informed that any room type would suffice.
Regarding the food, while some aspects of the food were satisfactory, such as the delicious nasi lemak and scrambled eggs, we encountered a slight disappointment with the taste of the milk served with our cornflakes and coco crunch, which made it difficult to finish the meal.
Overall, despite this minor setback, our stay was quite enjoyable, and we appreciated the efforts of the hotel staff to accommodate our requests.
