Overall is ok, but i stayed at a better hotel once with the same star and cheaper price. Food is average. Fried noodle on fourth day a bit bitter.

Very bad experience!!

I did not like that we did not get the advertised the chalet rooms, instead we were given rooms in a building, not as advertised in the pictures, i even called to confirm my booking and they said yes it is a chalet, then when i got there it was just rooms in a building, only thing was i had a good sea view, lucky to be in a high floor. the rooms are not maintained well, showers are slow took me a long time to shower, water smells like they are using filtered sea water as their water source, and was not given clean towels or pillow covers, but beds and blankets were ok. I guess that they are getting customers just by tricking them that they will be getting the chalet rooms, then once thats full they'll just put you in one of their buildings, they have 2buildings (hotel like) surrounding the chalet. the location is great if you want to be in cenang, if you have a better budget, go somewhere else, i would have easily booked somewhere else if i knew that i would be tricked or scammed like this, It doesn't feel nice to be checking in, and you're assigned a room that you were not promised and they give u no choice, and they give u comments that u can cancel the booking if you dont want it. not to forget that the pool was closed every time we want to use it, disappointing, maintenance it not good. It appears that the establishment may be intentionally misleading guests to fill their chalet rooms, only to relegate them to standard buildings once those are full. This bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable and damages trust between the establishment and its guests.

The water pressure for level 3 is very low. The location is good and the room is clean. When I put a make up room all is done just no towel being change.

Overall nice; customer services, location, cleanliness. Just parking space was too limited.
