stayed one night at sea villa, nice wooden building erected in the lagoon of langkawi. 20 years old building but still one of the attraction in langkawi. the staff especially the buggy drivers were very polite and helpful. nice swimming pool with beach view.

Bad resort! Bad smell, some old appliances are broken. Aircond 1 only works. When you open the air conditioner in the room, the air conditioner in the front room is automatically closed. There is no hot water, I have called a technician to come for repair. Single-use hose so no hot water return. The TV is broken, the stairs are shaking. Old people, children don't bother renting here, it will collapse later. It's crazy dark to spend the day trying to open the door, you have to use a torch light, the stairs are dangerous apart from swaying to collapse, the heat of the air conditioner compressor is crazy hot. Add sorg sleep over, only for sheets. Crazy joke, remind me there is an extra bed for RM130. Apparently, he came with a sheet on the sofa. Excellent breakfast. We are impressed with the hospitality we received during our stay! I am glad we chose Ombak Villa for our staycation in Langkawi and will definitely come back again. Room was beautiful and food ordered from room service was superbly delicious!
