Nice place to stay for a budget traveller… The price is relatively affordable as it includes room, facilities and breakfast… The room is good and nice… My room with a balcony… Facing the swimming pool… The internet connection is good !! Foods are good too…

The location of the hotel is perfect for travellers who like to stay by the beach and experience a beautiful view of the ocean. The beach is a hop skip and jump away and also has direct access from the hotel room. All sight seeing locations are equidistant and easily reachable. Added advantage is its proximity to the airport. The hotel staff are kind, friendly and cheerful. There was a slight confusion with my room allocation, but it was swiftly managed by the reception staff who upgraded me to a room with sea view. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained. The hotel did offer only breakfast in its restaurant. It would have been an added advantage if they had a fully functional kitchen as it is hard to find food (especially for a vegetarian) close by.

Awful accommodation, the photo not match what u see in reality, dirty old, bad smell, breakfast is looks really bad, they making fake reviews here, I don’t recommend to anyone !

I stayed overnight for the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration. The breakfast provided was rather ordinary and unappealing but acceptable. There was no controller for the air conditioning in the room, and the television had intermittent sound therapy broadcasts with no audio. The room was quite cramped, but the bathroom was very spacious and comfortable. There were also ants, lizards, and cockroaches roaming around the room. We had to use insect repellent to fend off these pests. Overall, it was somewhat uncomfortable, and the hotel management needs to take action.

Everything was good with that price. Nothing to complain about. Sufficient enough for late check in due to late night arrival. With free breakfast. What can you ask for?

It’s a very basic hotel with simple amenities. The breakfast wasn’t that good. No varieties of food. I wouldn’t really recommend it.

A nice resort to stay with family. Nice cozy location. Best for kids due to availability of pool. Food and rides are available easily theough grab/foodpanda

Good value for money although if you don’t have a car you will need to rely on taxis to get around as there isn’t a lot in walking distance.

The place is near the airport and cable car, all the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is just ok…very relaxing place, we just don't have much time to enjoy the swimming fool.

The location itselfnis a win.We stayed there for 2 nights.Overall its okay but 1 incident really spoiled our holiday.We asked for housekeeping make up the room but it didn’t happened.Its already 11 at night and they just change the towels and the bedsheet only.

The location is near to Sky Bridge, 30mins to Cenang, but it’s okay as we have rented car. The room is value for money, but the swimming pool is quite normal, different from shown in website photo. The choice of breakfast is different for 2 days, at least we won’t eat the same food for 2 days. Limited parking, can park at roadside.

Old building, requires renovation. Poor breakfast. Far from attractions and beaches. Would not recommend, unless you have a car

The hotel looks nothing like the in the photos. When we got there the pool was closed for renovation, there was a big hole in the ground which did not look safe. The room we booked was a twin bed, there were only 1 bottle of mineral water provided in the room, 1 half used toilet paper and tons of dead insects outside the room. On the second day, the hotel informed us that they have water disruption 9am-1pm and gave us an option to wait it out or to move to their sister residence called Perdana Residence, which was worse than Alia Residence. There were no lights in the bathroom, the AC wasnt working and it was hot, no towels provided in the room. The sofa looked so disgusting with very questionable stain marks. We got to Perdana around 6.30pm, and ended up booking another hotel for the rest of our trip.
