ホテルは共用部分も部屋も全体的に古めでした。調度品やリネン類、ベッドの広さや柔らかさ、シャワーの水の強度や温度など普通、な印象です。ただ、部屋は適度にきれいに保たれており、また、フロントの方も親切で良かったです。
部屋はカードキーをさして冷房を入れたり電気を入れる仕組みだったため、1枚しかカードをもらえなかったため、日中に冷房を入れることができず、帰ってきたときに部屋が暑かったことと、コネクティングルームだったためか隣の部屋がうるさく、フロントの方に伝えると、翌日はお隣はチェックアウトとのことで我慢しました。ちなみに、泊まった部屋は山側向きで緑が多く、昼間に日が当たらないので室温がそこまで上がらなかった点はよかったかもしれません。
朝食はビュッフェ形式ですが、品数はいまいち少なかったです。HIGグループのスーパー的なものが併設されていて品物にこだわらなければ購入も可能でした。
立地は、旧中心地へは歩いて10分弱なのですが、旧中心街は寂れており、飲食店などの多い地域へは歩いて20分程度かかるため、車があれば問題ないのですが、歩きの場合は少し大変です。
レンタカーをホテルで頼んだところ、経験があまり無いようでしたが、知り合いの方からわざわざ手配してくださり100MR/一日と安くて助かりました。なお、こちらの勘違いでチェックアウトを1日間違えていたため急遽前倒しで返却することになったのですが、車のオーナーの方からのペナルティ支払いも無く、さらに1日分の全額を返金をしてくださり、大変良心的ででした。

Overall is very good except for breakfast@foods wise. The foods taste must be improve although there are quite many choices. Other than that all was in tip top condition. Room was superb with nice view. Worth for money to stay at this hotel.

It used to be a very good hotel, but now is getting worse…. The room service is very bad… air-conditioner, not cool, and no toilet paper and other shower kits… call the House Keeping to add on… waiting for one day to do that service… very bad… although the lobby front office is very helpful and very good…  need to improve the housekeeping and the cleaners of the room😔😔😔
