A very large resort a small supermarket but if not all inclusive would be a problem as to getting cabs to the local town could get expensive
Night life for kids good but adults cannot even seat outside in the evening s with a drink as pool bar closes at 6 pm
Unless you go to the payable restaurants and champs sports bar not very good if paid for all inclusive
We was in block 7 but as there are still steps to the lift if getting on a bit would be a problem as me and my wife 70 and 65 years
Overall as we had our son his wife and 3 small grandchildren but they 4 minutes walk away why we wasn’t put nearer each other one would never know but we did not book at the same time they were near the reception and dinning room but did have a few cockroaches in there room trying to use the microwave

A volte si può rimanere delusi tornare in resort già frequentati, ma a distanza di due anni ultimo soggiorno nel 2022, non è questo il caso. Mi ha fatto molto piacere l'attenzione ricevuta per avere la stessa camera vista oceano del 2022. Ottima accoglienza da parte dello staff alla reception, molto reattivi nel risolvere due piccoli problemi alle camere. Un plauso anche al personale di sala durante la colazione e la cena . Menu variegati con numerose scelte sia per colazione e cena e soddisfatti anche del personale che provvede alla sistemazione della camera. In piscina sdraio e ombrelloni con teli mare del resort. Cosa posso dire ...per quanto mi riguarda il mio consiglio è prenotare in questo resort è un ottima scelta anche per famiglie con bambini piccoli (incontrati numerosi nel resort) . Ormai è quasi ora di partire ...ma con il desiderio di ritornarci al più presto

Maravillosa estancia en el hotel. Con un personal joven servicial y muy cercano y amable. El restaurante increíble, muy completo y limpio. Las habitaciones amplias, cómodas y muy acogedoras. La zona acuática para niños muy lograda. Los restaurantes adyacentes y el supermercado justo en la entrada del hotel, con el food truck, y snack bar deportivo muy apropiado. Lo hemos pasado increíble. Volveremos Dar las gracias a la camarera de pisos ( no recordamos su nombre, estancia del 23/05 al 26/05) y a Tana y su equipo en recepción, a nuestra llegada y al irnos. Nos hemos sentido muy acogidos. Nuestras felicitaciones!

Todo Fabuloso. Por destacar: Calidad, cantidad y buen cocinado en las comidas, cenas y desayunos. Un 10 para todo el personal del Hotel. Las Camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Hemos estado dos parejas, 10 días y ha sido una experiencia maravillosa y para recomendar sin ninguna duda.

Just back from 2 weeks fantastic holiday at the Barcelo active lauzsarote and from day 1 everything was unbelievable great let me start room was brilliant cleanliness 11 out of 10 cleaning staff 100% the pools perfect olivevinia restaurant so many amazing choices but for that little bit more you must go royal level and you get that much more person touch much smaller restaurant again what wonderful staff can never do too much for you a private pool with a bar and snacks the plenty to do or if you want to relax with the royal level you get a voucher for koy restaurant or la dolce vita restaurant which are special and a fantastic experience I can highly recommend this hotel experience staff so happy to help you I love it so much I'm going back for a month at Chris**as

Ha sido maravilloso, todo perfecto, pero todo todo. Habitación junior para tres personas, TV en la habitación y en la sala, lo que crea independencia total, terraza con vista al mar, comida de fresca, variada, buena presentación, vamos excelente. Nos recibieron con champan, podíamos elegir la cena en uno de los dos hoteles, en los dos varios bares, terrazas, piscinas. El trato de los trabajadores inmejorable. También fue mi cumpleaños durante la estancia y me dieron la sorpresa de llevarnos a la habitación una botella de champan para celebrarlo Las camas grandes y cómodas, dos almohadas para cada persona, pudiendo elegir lo que más prefieras, sábanas de buena calidad, toallas lo mismo. Aparte del gel y champú, también había loción, así como un cepillo de dientes y pasta, lo cual nos vino muy bien, ya que nos perdieron las maletas y no las recibimos hasta el día siguiente, vamos todo perfecto, muchas, muchas gracias. Recomiendo el hotel a todo el mundo. Hemos pasado una semana preciosa. También dar las gracias a todos los camareros del super buen trato que hemos recibido.

A great resort we visited with our 6 month old the staff are friendly and always happy to see you . Very clean facilitates If you are looking for family time or a fitness holiday this is the perfect place ❤️ The town is around a 40 minute walk but buses and taxis are regular Car rental on site is great as well very affordable

We were in room 1006 which had cockroaches everywhere. Getting moved was not easy as the Manager had gone home! Got moved to 6123 - issues there too - balcony doors were faulty we got locked out! No British TV on the island only Spanish, until we found out that was not true. Lifeguard staff member really rude.Whole experience was awful.
