LOVED staying here, first ever hotel I booked and it was so nice the kindness and service the front desk gave us. The view of the ocean was amazing. Our room was outstanding. The entertainment was great! We couldn’t help but get on the dance floor! I would say the only issues was the flies that was everywhere when we were outside, but the bartender let us know it was just timing.

From Champagne on arrival, to going the extra mile such as recognising it was my wife's birthday, I can't fault the staff. Stayed B&B so can't comment on the evening meals although breakfast was excellent. Used the gym everyday, never too busy. Was surprised how good the evening entertainment was. Would definitely recommend and most likely to visit again.

Just wanted to thank Katarzyna for allocating us such a wonderful room with a sea view. Also for the extra gifts in our room for my partners birthday and making him feel very special at dinner in the a la carte restaurant (which was excellent). Katarzuna and Alba on reception were so helpful and friendly throughout our vacation. Hotel is beautiful and immaculately spotless. Very peaceful as an adult hotel average age about 55. Food first class with plenty of choice. Staff worked extremely hard and were courteous. A head waiter I thought looked liked George Clooney was totally on the ball never missed anything and ensured the restaurant ran smoothly and customers were happy. He never stopped! Totally impressed with him too. (Sorry I did not catch him his name). Great location on seafront. You can take a pleasant walk along the front to Flamingo Beach and further along is Playa Blanca with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Opposite the hotel is a small supermarkets which was reasonably priced and stocked basics. Pool lovely and never a shortage of beds. Towels provided. Gym well equipped and we loved the piano man in lobby bar. He was amazing and very talented. My only complaint is we only got to see him once. Everything was perfect for us. Highly recommend this hotel.

Super hôtel très beau, buffet très bon et varié... Personnel au top et aux petits soins, chambre toujours impeccable. Spectacles de qualité chaque soirs. Le seul bémol c'est peut-être la clientèle un peu âgé et la piscine non chauffée pour un mois de mai c'était dur... Mais sinon super hôtel...

Again fantastic we went in April and came back in May to experience halfboard. Food was amazing lots of choice and again all staff are helpful , efficient and welcoming cannot do enough for you. Special praise for staff on reception who go the extra mile to sort out any requests

This holiday was supposed to be a holiday of a lifetime to celebrate my 70th birthday so we pushed the boat out for a good holiday. The hotel it self is lovely and a lot of staff are very good, however there were a couple that could improve. We upgraded to a superior suite 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, with a promised full sea view which was adverised on the room description but not so! The room was dark, the balcony had a partial view of the sea. The the beds were hard . We should have asked for a move. Our biggest! regret as we did not want to repack and move and unpack again. If you are paying for your bar bill at the end of your holiday I would make sure you have an idea of what its likely to be. WE had problems with overcharging and not getting the correct change . We paid cash so we could keep an eye on the bills. The reception staff were very good in getting things sorted out but the situation should not have arisen in the first place. You put your trust in people and this should not happen. Overall a lot of ver good staff , lovely hotel but would not return.

Great hotel, lovely room overlooking pool and sea. The staff are wonderful and can’t do enough for you. Entertainment perfect for us, great musicians, either in the Lobby Bar or club room. Aqua aerobics and various daytime entertainment offered in a subtle way, no pushiness. Also The food choices were amazing. Something for everyone. Bar prices very reasonable for a hotel, sometimes cheaper than local bars. A good selection of books left by holidaymakers in the games room. We will definitely return.

Picked this hotel as an adult only option in half term week. They were doing a lower price offer and thought we would try this option as we normally stay more central. Hotel itself is lovely but we were by far one of the youngest couples there. Room was clean with a nice view of the sea. Unfortunately the room (ground floor) was right next to the lobby and the entertainment at night which was very loud. The hotel is quite far out from the main harbor which was fine for us but would have been better if the board walk was lit up all the way. If i stayed here again it would have to be a room on a upper level on the other side of the hotel.
