Lanzhou Hotels with Breakfast

It was pretty good. Breakfast time was chaos with kids running everywhere, same with the swimming pool. The blind in our room was faulty and they sorted it out quickly.

I stayed here for 1 night in a short trip to Lanzhou. The room was nicely decorated, although dark (the window looked to an inside patio), and the bed was superb. Staff were very helpful, especially 马引弟 and 陈志坚, who were very friendly and helped me giving some tips from the city.

The location of the hotel is very good. Together with the Xidan Commercial Building, you can go out to Exit C of Line 1. It is very close to the Yellow River. You can walk to Baitashan Park and the Yellow River Cableway. There are many delicious foods in the surrounding area. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and sent a lot of guidebooks.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton hotel, it truly exceeded all expectations in terms of customer service and facilities. The hotel is right at the subway entrance, which is convenient for travel. The service staff is enthusiastic. The room is not very big, and the window is very small. The full-length mirror in the room is scratched, and it is recommended to replace it. Because the room I was given was near the elevator entrance, the sound insulation was not good, and I was woken up in the middle of the night.

All the staffs are very attentive. Location wise, it is really near to the night market which is very long. The breakfast has a good spread between western and Chinese.

Facilities: The facilities are very complete. When I opened the toiletries box and there was mouthwash in it, I was really warmed up. There is also a small box on the table that contains small stationery that I need for work. It is very cute. Hygiene: Hygiene is really nothing to say!!! Very clean and comfortable. Good reviews👍🏼 Environment: This time we are heading towards the Chaotian Shui Road Expressway entrance. You can see the Yantan Yellow River Bridge. The scenery is also good. Service: Whether it is the person who receives registration at the front desk or the extremely warm and considerate Selina during check-out, the service is superb. I booked this hotel because I had a train the next morning. It's right across Lanzhou train station, so perfect location for my purposes. Very nice room, everything was perfect.

The location is very convenient n amenities were befitting that of a business hotel. That said the fact that only 1-2 lifts(mostly 1 while we were there) works and it takes an average of 7mins for it to arrive each time we used it(off peak n breakfast hours) leaves a lot to be desited(although the floor manager we ran into acknowledges it's an issue they have been trying to resolve).
