經常在全國出差，通常是選全季酒店或者是希爾頓歡朋酒店。但蘭州的這家全季是我住過的最墊底的。
首先房間有煙味和黴味，而且很重，其次房間非常非常狹小，布草非常破舊，周圍環境也諷刺嘈雜，夜裡很難入睡。
其次服務很差，入住時明確表示希望住無煙房，接待的小姐姐答應無煙處理，但被邊上的主管攔住了，結果就是房間的味道令人窒息。
最後，酒店在小巷子很不好找，要走到大馬路上才能打車，如果有笨重的行李就不方便了。
前台的三號小夥子服務漫不經心的令人失望。

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全。酒店服務非常好，我們是過來參加蘭州馬拉松的，酒店當天早上5點已經準備好早餐，還是分裝可直接拎走的，超貼心！

雖然人口在小街裏，但是酒店服務非常到位前台熱情，地理位置很好，離大眾巷步行街也近，附近地鐵交通便利，房間乾淨衞生，大堂休息區充電口很多，退房後寄存行李可以在大堂休息充電等車
