酒店服務還是很人性化的，蘭州今天下的雨，房間有點涼，問前台空調温度怎麼調高，前台回覆因為是中央空調，現在維護設備，要等一會。不一會兒，前台敲門送來一個電暖機，這個舉動讓人心裏一暖，能為客人着想，值得表揚。

服務很好。房間總體還算乾淨，帶設施些許陳舊，尤其衞生間內多處有黴點。地理位置距離地鐵較遠，但出門就有公交車，打車也很好找
