服務到位：凌晨快2點才到，電話後司機很快來接機。前台11號服務人員也很耐心，後來衞生間紙沒了，一個電話秒送到房間。送機的師傅服裝整潔，準確把我送到上車地方。
設施齊全，衞生整潔，位置便利，確實非常適合中轉。推薦！

凌晨2點到的機場，打完電話5分鐘不到就接到我們，看我們帶着小孩，還免費幫我們升級到親子房，5號，18號兩位客服姐姐都非常好，給我們詳細介紹酒店情況，還介紹蘭州遊玩注意事項，司機師傅也很好，酒店房間不是很大，但是很温馨，電動窗簾，小米自動洗手液，礦泉水加熱器，衞生洗漱用品也是特別好，特別滿意。

非常方便，離機場很近，而且有免費接送，早餐從5:30就開始供應，早班航班完全可以用完早餐出發，前台18號服務到位，還給升級了房間，房間衞生也很乾凈。

The location is excellent and it is the closest hotel to the airport. I called the front desk when I got off the plane in the early morning. The receptionist on the 18th quickly arranged for a driver to pick me up. The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was rich and the price was affordable. The front desk clerk also upgraded our room on the 18th.
