免費升了房，服務不錯，設施尚有不足，酒店門口的台賬應該留有行李箱輪子行駛的平緩坡。大的行李箱，估計有些力氣小的女生，不容易提過幾個台級。四星鑽的酒店，這方面不應該被忽略。

位置很好找，前台説我預訂的不是導航這棟樓，花48元升級了房型，房間就是圖片那樣，前台小姐姐服務態度非常好，餐廳上菜很不及時，要吃飯的朋友趕早去。服務態度是真的很好

地段很好的酒店，離地鐵口超近；酒店設施也相當不錯，還有24小時免費現磨咖啡供應；最主要的是前台和客房服務員都非常熱情，服務細心周到。為了給跑馬拉松的選手提供早餐，把早餐提前到了凌晨5點，被暖到了。下次來蘭州還會選擇戴斯酒店。
