住了兩天，帶孩子泡温泉吃自助餐，下午結賬的時候説是手環不用退第二天早上9點退，不收取任何費用，可以當早餐卷使用，因為我們是住店客房人還會有優惠，想着服務還可以，結果早上退房時問題來了，538的温泉自助餐消費不要説優惠，變成618了優惠變成驚嚇🙀了，一查賬單結果加了手環過夜費每個手環加20，4個手環加80，給前台小姐姐説原因前台小姐姐態度很不好，最後一元優惠都沒有，都是套路。住了兩天，第二天夜半夜漏了一夜的水，我們沒有説什麼，退房走時前台小姐姐態度很差，早上很好的心情被她搞差了。不要説優惠還來這一出這次體驗搞的非常不好👎👎👎👎👎
