前台服務員態度特別差，還欺騙消費者！被我識破了！一開始説網上訂單比實際帶我們看的房子要小，現場定的房子要大一點，因為網上要便宜三四十塊！結果住下以後房間是一樣大的，還有房間內毛巾浴巾用的都發黃了，床單千瘡百孔，到處都是補丁！更誇張的是白色的床單用紅色的線打補丁！真心不推薦！

第一次住西婭客棧，大堂在五樓，光線非常暗，好像沒有營業一樣。電燒水壺裡麪都出現了銹跡。

地理位置好，出門就上高速，後院壩很大，停車方便，房間乾淨衞生，佈局很人性化，按功能分區，很舒適，靠路邊不開窗很安靜！阿茜婭餐廳很出名，來蘭州必要品嚐的餐廳！餐廳高大上！
