接送機服務非常好，特別滿意，到了機場打電話沒兩分鐘車就到了。服務也很滿意，司機很熱情，還主動幫忙提箱子前台小美女服務也很好，熱情周到，很細心，辦理入住快。房間乾淨整潔，沒有異味，設施設備齊全，房間一次性用具全。衞生間熱水充足，隨時能用。有問題隨時聯繫前台，很快就都解決了，真是不錯呢，價位低，性價比高，推薦大家入住

前台服務非常熱情，態度也很友好。車接車送都很方便，住的地方也很乾凈。前台還免費幫我升級了房型。房間敞亮，窗户大，通風好。一看就很舒服。房間內的設施也很齊全，設備完善。一次性用品都很齊全。房間內的wifi網速也很好，每個房間都有獨立wifi。衞生間熱水24小時都有，很充足。周邊吃飯方便。酒店門前還可以免費停車，真的是太讚了。以後在蘭州機場起飛，第二天都選你家。

前台服務熱情周到，酒店環境也很不錯，很温馨。我定的是一間精品大床房，前台美女很熱心給我免費升級了一個，帶浴缸的圓床房，那個房間看上去好漂亮，好浪漫。兩邊落地窗視野非常開闊。房間設施設備齊全。還帶浴缸可以泡澡。第二天因為走的比較早，把充電寶落房間了，聯繫了前台，前台美女到房間。找到以後還給我寄了快遞，非常感謝。

第一，環境衞生非常非常好，床上用品更不用説，真的很温馨，第二服務態度非常非常好，下飛機衹要一打電話，馬上安排專車去接送超級棒，第三，距離機場還非常近，不管你是去坐飛機還是下飛機按時來回接送，這個接送服務都非常準時，房間無線網網速也挺快的，還有免費的礦泉水，有空調，設施很齊全，值得所有需要入住的小可愛們入住，值得推薦給力！

蘭州機場附近的酒店性價比都這麼高嗎？提供接送機服務。提供一次性所有生活用品。環境乾淨舒適，性價比真的很高，送機最早5:30，後面每小時一班，接機基本上隨叫隨到，酒店位置離機場開車不到10分鐘送機賊快，本來擔心會來不及，但是下車進門就是直接口真的完全不耽誤時間在其他地方需要提前兩小時後期來這裏提前一個半小時，甚至極限點一個小時都夠了，非常適合中轉的地方，服務態度也很好，棒棒噠，挺好很給力，以後每次過來都入住，大家建議考慮考慮考慮入住，推薦推薦……

很乾凈，很新，蘭州機場的高鐵站和機場都可以免費接送。早上送機是整點發車的，前台有叫醒服務，會提前給你打電話，提醒你非常方便。房間非常的乾淨，看得出來保潔阿姨是在認真搞衞生了。房間的設施設備也是非常的齊全，空調，電視機，吹風機，洗澡用的一些生活用品都配備的很齊全，衞生間熱水很充足。房間的WiFi速度也很快，上網，打遊戲，開會等等都沒有問題。前台服務人員熱情周到。酒店周邊可以免費停車，吃飯也很方便。非常不錯的一次選擇。

房間打掃衞生不乾淨，桌子下面還有上一位客人遺留的拖鞋，
酒店方不願意開發票，消費136，衹願意開121的發票，而且發票開的也有逃避税收
唯一值得慶幸的説好的接送機，沒有拖延，這是值得表揚的
