Impeccable swimming pool and sport facilities. The hotel location is excellent for business and leisure.

An international level 5-star hotel with impeccable service. The bed was so soft and comfy, the large tub was perfect to soak in, the room was spacious and very clean, and the view gorgeous! English is widely spoken and the staff were very professional, welcoming, helpful, and presentable. The gym and pool are also international 5-star hotel quality too. Just perfect!! So good, I would have stayed longer if I didn’t have to fly out the next day, highly recommend!

I originally intended to stay 2 nights at Hyatt, but ended up extending my stay for 2 more nights because of the excellent service & the amazing view from my room. I switched rooms twice, because other customers secretly smoked in their rooms and the 2nd hand smoke infiltrated into mine, even though the hotel has a strict policy of no smoking. The staff and especially Owen, the front desk manager, was especially accommodating. He made every effort to see to my comfort during my stay, even upgrading my room and offering two free breakfasts because of the smoking issue. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel in Lanzhou - the service & room & pool & gym & food (the Lanzhou beef noodles) are excellent!

Nice new hotel. Big fresh spacious rooms with beautiful views of the city. Good facilities and service. Probably the best accommodation in Lanzhou at the moment.

It was pretty good. Breakfast time was chaos with kids running everywhere, same with the swimming pool. The blind in our room was faulty and they sorted it out quickly.

Good location, easy to get around Lanzhou attractions from. Lovely rooms and good service. Would recommend to anyone travelling in the city.

Amazing view and good service, top hotel

Very good, just two steps away from the Yellow River, the hotel's dining and landscape, especially the night view, are invincible, and the service is great! Brother Jiawei at the front desk is very enthusiastic and attentive, thank you very much. Hyatt Hotel brought me a very pleasant experience in Lanzhou. It is only one kilometer away from the Mixc, and you can walk to the Dunhuang Art Museum and Waterwheel Expo nearby. It is worth staying here next time I come to Lanzhou. Highly recommended!

Booked a duplex room with two children. The room is on the top floor so the view is absolutely great. You can see the Hilton next to it, but the location of Hyatt is close to the Yellow River, and the view is obviously better. After returning from Gannan, returning from Lanzhou Airport, Hyatt is the best hotel experience for the group. Highlight 1: Panoramic view, watching the sunset and night view; Highlight 2: Good service, responsive; Highlight 3: The afternoon tea on the 16th floor is rich, with all kinds of wine, drinks, snacks and meals; after afternoon tea, dinner is not needed, hahaha 🤣 Highlight 4: Breakfast coffee tastes good, there are many breakfast varieties, standard 5-star configuration, absolutely no discount. It is within walking distance to the Yellow River, and the underground parking garage is convenient. It takes about 50 minutes to get to the airport, and you can refuel at the airport.

Excellent location~ Just downstairs is the Waterwheel Museum by the Yellow River Service is average, the lobby and customer service center are OK If the service lobby and guest room center are 4 points, the breakfast department - 10 points I have already complained and received a sincere apology letter. Hotel service is really arrogant, everyone avoid it
