The AC was super loud and not working well. There was something bad in the air that made me cough all night, so I barely slept. The air was also very dry, and there was no humidifier to help with that

Very convenient location right by the train station and close to lots of great food options. Staff were helpful and assisted in extending our stay. Laundry machine is available but you have to have your own detergent. Complimentary alcohol wipes, face wash, and other goodies were much appreciated.

Amazing hotel. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. The service was out of this world. They let me check in at 9 AM, accepted my parcels, send room service with milk and a little snack in the evening and gave me free breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

A bit more work has to do with daily routine of cleaning/ sweeping. Lift only 1 works, other unit not in operation. Laundry facility is not adequate as only 1 unit wash/dry available. The dryer was not drying enough as well. Room is ok but aircond not so though.

A good place to stay with family. In breakfast, halal food is available. Overall good experience

The staff was super accommodating and helpful! The location is right by the station so very convenient. Was also very pleasantly surprised by the clever organization of the room which made it much easier for us to store our luggage. Would definitely stay again if given the chance!

The hotel is very close to Lanzhou Station, with convenient transportation by subway and bus. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the room layout is very warm. Especially the details are well done (such as: foldable luggage racks, retractable clotheslines), which are not expensive but provide great convenience for guests. It is convenient to eat because it is close to the station. There are two Lanzhou-style beef noodle restaurants next to the hotel, with a good environment.

Very pleasantly surprised, the restroom is very clean, and the location is convenient, right next to Lanzhou Railway Station. The price is also very affordable. I will consider staying here if I pass by Lanzhou in the future.

Stayed for two nights. Except for the fact that the check-in was not smooth on the first night, everything else was good. The location, room facilities and breakfast were all great. However, I encountered a ridiculous thing. When I wanted to use the bathroom in the restaurant, a hotel cleaner sat in the bathroom with the door open, eating melon seeds and looking at his phone, and was reluctant to come out.

The room is clean and hygienic, and the decoration is simple and novel. The front desk staff and cleaning staff have a positive attitude and maintain good courtesy to the guests. It is worthy of praise. If you come to Lanzhou again, you may consider staying at this hotel.
