孩子把鞋子弄濕了。我本着試試看的態度讓前台幫忙烘一下娃娃的鞋子（因為當時我沒辦法獨自下五樓，否則孩子沒人看），考慮到了我的特殊情況，前台小姐姐火速幫忙。非常感謝。

不知道路修好沒，要不然離火車站太近了，沒有車接。但是帶行李去繞圈走又很麻煩。路修好以後就沒這個煩惱了。酒店附近有家阿西婭，挺好吃的。一樓有免費飲品提供。缺點是服務意識不強，前台幾個加大廳站着的都沒任何幫忙與問詢，全程像木頭人。

酒店距離蘭州西站特別近，作為中轉或者遊玩很方便呢，前台服務好簡單人都會禮貌問好，也會根據客人的喜好安排到高樓層，辦理入住的時候前台小姐姐餘小姐還給我的孩子送上來一包小零食和前台她們自己做的氣泡水，小朋友也很高興我們也很温暖，辦理完入住，還會有人引領到房間，房間設施齊全，，採光很OK，還有茶葉包可以泡茶喝呢，礦泉水和飲料那些也都是不收費的，整體入住感受都蠻不錯的，果斷續住一天。
