Beach Hotels in Lapu-Lapu City

Great place for families. Lots of activity options and restaurants. However, there are many areas requiring maintenance, including rusty structures and peeling paint in the pool area. Small TV and other room furniture better to be upgraded considering other comparable hotels. Locationwise, there isn't many places that can beat JPark as there are plenty of shops and restaurants right across street.

I booked this hotel with my 11 year daughter to have my birthday staycation. The hotel was quite new and designs are modern. Check in was very smooth with very kind polite front desk officers. I was allowed to have an early check in as the hotel wasnt fully booked at that time and was kind to offer me a room upgrade. I politely declined the upgrade as the bed configuration wasnt suited for me and my daughter. We wanted a twin bed and the room upgrade was for one queen sized bed only. The size of our room was relatively small for a twin bed room. Its roughly 21sqm in size and it kinda tight when all your luggages and things have been all around the room. The Buffet breakfast was on the average side, Hot dishes werent kept warm and choices was kinda limited. But for the average kind of breakfast spread, I wouldnt complain more. The hotel is very near (I mean walking distance) to 7/11 convenience Stores, good quality restaurants nearby , Mcdonalds, Mactan Alfresco etc... I love the ambiance of the community ... its like a little city within a small community. Not that I really didnt like that much, but it was just something that I didnt appreciated much... its the hotel's pool that looks like blurry and wasnt kept clean by the time we went to visit the area. The prices at the bar was kinda pricey and wouldnt offer any happy hour during the day. The Surroundings of the pool area werent kept clean and aesthetically pleasing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Savoy.

Amazing spa service with amazing result for lobby. Look Sunset bar was strategically located next to the swimming pool and the infinity view of the ocean. Dinner buffet was surprisingly romantic, situated in the garden next to the bay front left the ambience however, they need to consider to pack their table and chair later not when the guest are still having their dinner so attitude was great everyone’s greeting you and treating you l with friendly and welcoming attitude:From the front doorman to the kitchen stuff you met at the corridor. Since Ball is the heart of energy after 8 pm with the set up of pool, table, darts and acoustic band at the night, the other part of the result were quiet and not so happening .. the room facing sea with amazing view come with the one chair balcony which supposed to be 2. there’s a tiny bit of smell on the right side bed if you’re sleeping there close to the wall of the bathroom.

Resort is not so big which makes intimate. We love going to Luna, the resort bar. I like the quiet yet festive ambience and the warm Filipino theme of the resort. Staff is also very friendly and polite. The beach is clean and private. You can borrow kayaks and paddle boards and also has a small diveshop.

Plantation Bay is again my favorite hotel on Mactan. I was there August of 22, January of this year and just finished a stay in May. Here are some things to consider about Plantation Bay: - It’s the only large Filipino owned resort on Mactan and they must treat there staff incredibly well because everyone I spoke with has worked there 10+years - unlike other resorts they have a no tipping policy - The large salt water lagoons are beautiful and large enough that they never feel crowded - Plantation Bay offers a variety of food options for every taste - They have a wide variety of on site activities and offer multiple excursions outside the resort for reasonable prices To be fair there were a couple of things that could improve but those are minor - The beach towels need to be replaced. The bathroom towels are great but the beach towels were old and thin - During busy periods when you call bell service or guest relations the phone just rings with no answer. Overall though, this is the best place to stay on Mactan. Great service, unique activities, great staff, and some of the best swimming pools anywhere Here are some tips: - if you are not traveling with kids, the waters edge rooms are amazing. You can step from your deck directly into the lagoon - Consider the Route 66 Diner for breakfast. Good food and never crowded -A romantic dinner at Palermo’s is a great option on site - I paid the extra $50 to have a car drop us off and pick us up at our room and it was definitely worth it. You get checked in/out at your room saving time Highly recommend this great hotel

I have to share the both positive and negative feedbacks. Positive: Hotel is nice and clean. Closer to airport which is 30mins drive. Buffet breakfast was good as well. Hotel staffs are courteous and helpful. Negative: Looks like the toilet were not cleaned during our 5 days stay. The taps were dirty and rusty. Had to rotate. Called for maintenance but in the end said they will send someone else to rectify and no one came. Sink was clogging even with little water. Far away from all the major activities like Oslob whale shark watching and canyoneering.

The hotel was okay for the price. Prices are meant for members so it is best to check membership if you will stay a while. They dont really tell you to apply before booking. Good place if you want to go for a staycation. Reservations department could do be more accommodating given the level of aspiration the hotel strives for. meh

lush gardens, excellent breakfasts, great service overall. ocean wing panorama room is spacious, comfortable and offers an enjoyable sea view but the entire object will likely require a design refresh eventually

My family enjoyed our stay at Crimson. Amenities are superb and world-class. Rooms and entire vicinity are clean. The villa in which we stayed was the best! We had a great experience from check in to departure. Everything was fast, smooth snd organized. Perfect service indeed. Crimson staff is the best! Everyone we met was friendly and accomodating, ready to serve, answered all queries and met our needs. Crimson will have a special place in our hearts! Thank you Crimson for everything! First Impression at the Front office people are not accomodating after my complain they start to get lively but all in all our stay with my family is memorable 💕
