The check-in was seamless and also availble 24 hours so late arrivals are no problem. Very friendly and accommodating hotel staff. Kudos to the management!

Stayed there for one night bc of our flight. Quaint room. Cr didn't smell great but was clean. No hot water or tooth brushes. Plenty of parking cute girl and nice at the counter. Quick and easy check in and out no problem. No deposit needed as well. Cellphone signal is great

It was nice and great experience in Island Stays Hotel because it's near in Mactan International Airport. And it's not really expensive hotel it's very affordable. Looking forward to goi g back here in this hotel very soon.

Location realy good if you have early flight just about 4 minutes taxi ride to airport, although the hotel is clean but very basic, the staff is really good the security guard is very helpful, no elevator service, bed is firm, soft pillows blanket is good. Close to the Island central mall. and close to the bridge going to cebu city.

Friendly customer service abd very approachable

The room wasn’t really clean. There was a bug on my bed and a stain on the bed sheet. The bed is not comfortable and the shower wasn’t working well. There’s a light in the hallway making it hard to fall asleep because your room is barely dark at night. I wouldn’t book again. Oh and there’s no shuttle bus to the airport unlike stated on Trip. Very disappointing. The only good thing is the location.

I booked the small room in this hotel because I wanted a place to stay close to the airport but I was only able to stay there for an hour. The room was extremely small and smelly. It also had mosquitoes. I checked out and went to a different hotel and they kept my money. They had bigger rooms but I don't think they were worth the price because they were not soundproof and the noise coming from the street and the loud airconditioner would have made it impossible to sleep.

It's amazing stay during our early flight .Near to the airport. Accessible fir every thing you need. Overall very good for tourist.

Good hotel for value money. It’s close to the airport (5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by walking) there some restaurants nearby and exchange money as well.
