Excellent location with everything around in walking distance. Clean as a whistle, good service. There are several "cons" to consider. The breakfast situation is strange and surprising, and not in a good way. You can pay (at this time) $12 per person for breakfast. But be aware, the breakfast area is an independently run restaurant. So you order off a menu as if you were outside the hotel. A breakfast can easily run over the $12 "coupon" you receive from the inn, and if you happen to be under that amount, you don't get the spare change. Plus, it doesn't include a tip for the waitress. The breakfast food is surely a cut or two above normal hotel fare, but then again, you aren't able to go back for second, or get a cup of hot coffee and/or toast an extra bagel to take away with you after you pack your car and are ready to drive away. Also, the refrigerator in the room does not have a "freezer" section. If you have ice packs or ice cream, etc., to bring along, you are out of luck on that score. The deluxe suite is rather small but well-laid out. However, the bathroom doesn't come equipped a bar of soap, just the dispensers, and they happen to be located on a wall at the far end of the sink counter (see photo). All in all, the facility is organized as a conference/meeting hotel, with nicely arranged sitting areas and a long lobby for meeting rooms, etc.
