Americas Best Value Inn-Laramie

"We book led a king size PET FRIENDLY room through price line. First upon check in we were giving some linked excuse then put in a queen room. Then he next morning the owner: manager beat on our door at 8am screaming they had a strict no pet policy and we had to leave. Mind you we checked in with our pets, walked right by the owner/ manager. I apologized for the mix up, showed him out that we booked a PET FRIENDLY room and showed him the booking. Not only would he not calm down, he denied that it was his hotel ( although he clearly had my reservations) . We paid for 2 night, left after the first, he wouldn’t refund our second night and said he was charging a cleaning fee. My pets are old, clean and crate trained for trips. Not only was this a horrible experience, but I have never been treated so rudely by anyone in customer service. The hotel while clean, did not meet expectations, it smelled of curry and was extremely dated. Fire exits were blocked by tripping hazards, and only one exit was accessible, all other doors were locked with no access for customers to escape in the event of a fire. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL, it is unsafe, the staff is rude, and it’s extremely dated."
