Quite poor though one receptionist, Helena was excellent, very friendly and most helpful. The other one was useless and totally the opposite, caught her ironing in the reception area. They messed up the booking, charging me twice before refunding me. Location was excellent but compared to Leonardo Boutique Hotel, it's a long way off and we probably won't be returning.

The photos don’t really represent the room size. Everything looks great on the pictures but in reality the rooms are not much bigger than the bed. The bathrooms are tiny. The rooms are dirty and never cleaned, we stayed there 4 days, displayed the badge and everything. The location is not perfect either. The hotel is located on some scruffy street next to the nightclub which is loud on the weekend and plays trance music till late. The balconies are tiny, only for show. The reception staff is very nice and that’s about the positive thing.

A lovely small hotel.. very spacious room with balcony and large shower / bathroom.
Everything was spotless and clean. Very friendly staff and welcoming from day of arrival. Food at breakfast very good with a good selection of food available... lovely outside courtyard area for seating / eating. Would definitely come back here. Great location as in city centre and close to everything. Short walk to the beach.

Despite contacting the hotel multiple times before our trip to advise of our intended arrival time, we arrived out of hours (4am) and had no access to our room.
We had been advised and given assurances that the room key would be left on reception for our arrival. Other keys were there for other guests, but not ours.
Nobody was answering the hotel emergency phone number and we had to sleep on the sofas in reception until staff arrived at 8am.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the receptionist did not even offer an apology the next morning. This is after us having paid for a room for the night and not being granted access until 8am!!
On my return home to the UK I have emailed the hotel twice to complain and request a refund for that first night of our stay.
My emails have been ignored. Not great!

The room was clean and well outfitted. The bathrooms recently renovated and had all necessary amenities. The breakfast was outstanding! Freshly made spresso coffee - latte, capucino, whatever you prefer - and wonderful full breakfast with home-made hummus, olives and olive oil from the farm of a family member of the waiter & cook - nice juices. It is also located 5 minutes from the city center and the sea. Great hotel at a great price.
