"Very good location for sightseeing and walking on the beach. Hotel was clean, and my bedding smelled clean, the breakfast buffet was modest, but hearty. The staff was friendly. The ceiling downstairs in lobby and breakfast area is a little bit low for tall people. My room had a smell of sewer odor from the bathroom, so I kept the door closed. The key for the room took a little bit jiggling to get it to turn the power on, and the WiFi was not the always reliable. There was no instructions for the safe. I enjoyed my stay and would do so again."

"Excellent, modern hotel. Good pools, good beach (a strip of stone on entry, but sandy bottom further on). Nice seaside walk running for miles to Larnaca. A room a bit small but functional. Breakfast tasty and good quality. We had a room with a sea view and it was a good choice. Other rooms may have a building site view ;-) Negatives: Mosquitos !!! There are mosquitos, even in November and we were punished for desire to sleep with open window listening to the sea. Hotel should research for any small water deposits (building site?) and use some chemicals to rid off mosquitos. The key card stopped working at 11.30 am - the reception explained that it was OK as in just 30 min at 12.00 is the check-out time. My wife was inside otherwise I would need to run 100 meters to reception to get my bags to the car. No taverna or restaurant in walking distance. The neighbourhood pretty rough and not attractive."

"Time seems to have stood still in this hotel. The style is reminiscent of 80s classic nouveau. It's generally clean, but lacks some extra amenities like a razor, for example. A pleasant surprise was finding a hairdryer and a fridge in the room. I read a lot about this room, but I guess I got a really good one. Also, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM – a basic English breakfast (good food by local standards) and drinks (juices, tea, coffee). The cost of breakfast is 5 euros."

"The Frangiorgio Hotel is situated in a quiet area of Larnaca, within a comfortable six-minute walk to Finikoudes beach and the boutique shopping district. The hotel maintains excellent standards of cleanliness throughout. The shower facilities provide consistent hot water with good pressure and come equipped with high-quality botanical soap. Each room includes practical amenities such as a kettle, premium tea and coffee, cane sugar, bathrobes, slippers, and a safe. My room featured a balcony overlooking the street, offering views of nearby buildings along with a pleasant perspective of the western mountains. The reception staff is very professional. Breakfast is served on the sixth-floor terrace, which offers elevated views over Larnaca. The buffet selection included omelets, pancakes, cereals, cheeses, beans, vegetables, jams, pastries, coffee, tea, soft drinks, and various meats. This rooftop area also features a small swimming pool and showers, although I didn't use these facilities during my visit. Having stayed in many hotels worldwide, I found the Frangiorgio Hotel to deliver superior service and good value. While categorized as a 3-star hotel, it compares favorably with many 4-star properties. The discounts available to Trip.com members make this a particularly appealing option."

"Hotel was good, no issue, very helpful reception lady, and was very welcoming, room is fine, everyday cleaning service, i had breakfast included but i didn't take any as I was fasting. Hotel is not that expensive and reasonable"

"Good location, just beside the promenade, close to the intercity long-distance bus station and the Lanaka bus station, eating, drinking and having fun, public transportation to the surrounding cities and airports is more convenient. But the front desk service attitude is relatively indifferent."
