The location of the hotel is okay. It feels like it is in the business district. The surrounding area is clean and safe. The facilities are very complete and new, and the room smells good. The room is very clean, the decoration style of the lobby is very new, and there is a swimming pool but we did not go there. Service is ok. The price is reasonable. I will stay here again next time I go.

Service: der Service war stets super. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leistungen, die erbracht wurden, waren einwandfrei. Zimmer: Das Zimmer war großzügig. Es gab viele Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten, einen durchlässigen und einen blickdichten Vorhang, Den üppigen Flachbildschirm benutzte ich gar nicht. Das Bad war sehr sauber und bot viel Platz in einer geräumigen Dusche und mit zwei Waschbecken. Es gab genug Handtücher, die auch imemr gewechselt wurden und was mich sehr freute ist, dass es handseifen, minihandtücher als auch Conditioner, Shampoo und Duschgel gab. Lage: Das Hotel befindet sich im sichersten und wohlhabensten Stadtviertel Santiagos und war für mich per 2 Gehminuten entfernter U-Bahnstation leicht zu erreichen. Gefiel mir am meisten: Das Hotelrestaurant und die dort beschäftigten. Vor allem mit Renato (Bedienung) verstand ich mich auf anhieb super. Er spricht fliessend Englisch und weiß sehr viel über Speisen und Getränke. Er empfahl mir einiges und machte summa sumarum tolle Vorschläge mit enen er immer richtig lag. Auch mit dem Barkeeper Felipe verstand ich mich super. Seine Cocktails schmeckten super. Er macht fast alles an Sirups und sonstigen Inhaltsstoffen selbst. Zusammenfassen waren die beiden Typen richtig toll drauf, freundlich, zuvorkommend. Danke dafür!

I would like to compliment the crew that was cleaning the exterior of the building. My son let his toy snake fall on a ledge when playing in the swimming pool, we were sure it was unretrievable. When ai say them on the ropes working on the outiside of the building, the worker asked us to show him where the toy fell and immediately scaled down to rescue it. My son was very happy. Congratulations!

We came back from a long excursion that started early morning to an unserved room at 14h49 and had to complain before getting any service. At 3.30 pm we are still sitting in the lobby waiting for our room service. This unacceptable attitude and excuse about services still being done until 3 pm is totally poor! We will not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will not return to it again 😡
