"The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The breakfast was good; you could order an omelet. Filtered drinking water was available in the lobby. There was a shopping mall nearby, within walking distance. It's in the CBD, quite safe, and about a 20-minute walk from the airport."

"EVERYTHING was truly a disappointment! The photos are deceptive. Given the cold weather in Santiago at this time of year (July), they have an old split-screen TV in the room, and the tile floors are FREEZING! In one photo, there were all kinds of amenities in the bathroom. We only had a shower cap and soap. I waited two days for them to give me conditioner, a disgrace. And the breakfast! Instant coffee, unbelievable, peach juice. When I asked if they had orange juice, they told me no, and there were whole oranges in the fruit bowl. And the people in charge of breakfast, besides being very unfriendly, made noise in the kitchen, spoke loudly with the door to the dining room open, and disregarded the guests' conversations. I would highly recommend the kindness of Alexsandra at the front desk and the housekeeping staff on our floor, the 5th. After all, this is a hotel NOT to be recommended and one to be forgotten!"
