The lady at the front desk was nice and enthusiastic, and she even upgraded me to a penthouse suite. But the breakfast was a bit bad. It is very good to live in this area at this price.

Tudo muito bom. O hotel é excelente, super bem localizado próximo a diversos restaurantes ótimos e ao metrô. Cama muito confortável e ótimo banheiro.
A equipe do hotel é extremamente simpática, atendem muito bem. Com certeza voltarei numa próxima viagem a Santiago.

It is frustrating when even at this property, which I have stayed at in the past, that housekeeping cannot be consistent on towels…even after a complaint at the front desk. It would be nice if they provided water in your room on a daily basis as well. Sadly, I will not return in the future.

We stayed in the Penthouse suite and it was great! The staff was extremely helpful and spoke English. We really enjoyed our stay at 45 by Director!
